This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a pillow top queen bed in the private bedroom, built-in bunk beds in the hall, and a comfy queen sleeper sofa--making it the perfect relaxing getaway on the NC coast for up to 6 people!

Condo has been prepped and tidied up for your stay with all of the wonderful updates we feel are important to offer to our guests. Some of those updates include: all new flooring, paint, cabinets, appliances, countertops, updated bathroom, modern & updated styling with decor and furniture, Smart TVs, bluetooth connectivity, keyless entry, new A/C units, and lots of little extras we know you'll enjoy.

Located on North Topsail Beach, North Carolina, this unit is close to many amenities and attractions, while still delivering the quiet peaceful oceanfront bliss only the coastal Carolina island life can provide.

Relax away in the chairs that are perfectly perched on the spacious balcony to allow you take in every bit of the wide open gorgeous ocean views. Walk right down the steps of the private beach access to the beautiful beach during low tide to take a dip, boogie board the waves, or take a stroll where you will find oodles of striking shells. ​The inlet is super close by for fishing, beaching, floating, or kayaking. At high tide, take in the amazing over-the-water view from the balcony, fish right from the beach access, or if you prefer a full day beach, one of many full day public beach access areas on the north end is located just 2 bldgs down--merely steps away! ORV beach access is just around the corner! This location provides a unique oceanfront experience that cannot be matched anywhere on the NC coast.

Let's Sea sleeps up to 6 (max of 4 adults) & includes a private bedroom with queen bed, a set of built-in bunk beds in hallway alcove, and a queen sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in the bedroom and in the living room area. Each is connected to cable and features all of your fav streaming apps; just sign in with your account. The well-equipped kitchen offers the convenience of prepping your own meals should you choose. Throw together a low country boil, whip up a batch of cookies or brownies, or simply order in and cozy up on the comfy couch. It's up to you! We provide all of the necessities so that you can choose.

You'll also find the unit stocked with cards, books, board games, wifi, bluetooth, a quick charge station for all of your devices, coffeemaker that works with k-cups or grounds, boogie boards, skim board, beach cart, a set of beach chairs and lots of little extras... all in an effort to help make you more comfortable and entertain you during your stay.

Watch dolphins play, the shrimp boats in the distance, the soft colors of the sky at sunset, the moonlit waves from the rocking chairs on the balcony with a glass of wine, or the breathtaking sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee. Condo community has onsite laundry facilities, grill station with picnic area, tennis and basketball court. Tiki bar offering sand volleyball and cornhole--in addition to fun atmosphere and yummy drinks (& frequently has food trucks & live bands as well)-- is across the street and features an adjoining little quick-mart.

Thorough professional cleaning in keeping with current CDC guidelines by insured and licensed cleaner is completed prior to your arrival.

Must be 25 yrs or older to rent. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside unit. No more than 6 ppl may stay at any time. No subleasing. Fees assessed for property damage or loss.
