With three levels of wide oceanfront decking, you’ll find yourself sipping an evening cocktail watching for dolphins and listening to the comforting sounds of the waves right from the property. With direct access to the private beach boardwalk, guests can easily enjoy ample time at the beach. Afterwards, take a dip in the refreshing community pool or soak in the hot tub.

From the moment you step foot into the main living area, you will be enticed by the blue waves right outside the windows. Enjoy direct oceanfront porch and hot tub access from the living and dining room. The beautiful hardwood floors and distinctive unique décor offers a designer touch not commonly found in a rental. The living room offers a comfortable L-shaped sofa, mounted flat screen TV, and board games that all guests will enjoy, and on cooler evenings, guests can warm up by the electric fireplace. Grab a refreshing drink from the built-in wine cooler or coffee from the Nespresso machine. The large and fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked spice cabinet will make cooking a breeze. With bar stool seating for four at the kitchen island, and dining room seating for nine, guests will have plenty of space and everything they need to enjoy a meal on vacation. This floor features a bedroom with a king-sized bed, closet and adjacent full bathroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space.

The second floor has three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is great for kids as it features two twin over twin bunk beds, a closet and nearby bathroom. Soak in the coastal breezes and ocean views from the expansive balcony which is shared between the remaining two bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, attached bathroom and closet. The other room has a queen-sized bed and attached closet.

The property is equipped with a washer and dryer which is located on the second floor as well.

Ascend up the stairs to find the master suite on the third (top) floor. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private and spacious bathroom, and closet. The master features an oceanfront balcony with outdoor seating, a mini fridge and Keurig.

For entertainment, high speed internet is provided. There is a flatscreen TV provided in each bedroom. Guests may login to their streaming accounts on the Roku TVs.

This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. Please note, the elevator only goes from the ground level (parking area) to the main (1st) floor and does not access the 2nd or 3rd floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed and texted their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. There is parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles only.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival.
