This elevated home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a spectacular enclosed sun room spanning the back of the cottage. The fully stocked kitchen is brightened by natural light. You will find new kitchen cabinets, Quartz countertops, and tile backsplash. Seat 4-6 at the dining table or dine in the sunroom. The adjacent living room area has a vaulted ceiling, Smart TV, ceiling fan and opens to the sun room. The master bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and en suite bath. Sliding doors open for access to the beautiful sun room.

The 2 guest rooms are on the opposite side of the cottage separated by a full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. The front guest bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle as well. It also has a ceiling fan!

The sun room adds wonderful extra space for relaxation and fun. Hang out and watch the Smart TV or gather for a fun night of cards and family games. Off the sun room is a small deck complete with propane grill.

This property also has a washer/dryer for your added convenience. Bring up to (2) family dogs to this property. (Additional pet fees per pet apply)

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property does NOT allow access to the Club amenities. The property allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
