Décoré avec goût avec une disposition ouverte, une ambiance contemporaine et des rénovations fraîches, notre «cabane dans les arbres» est une base idéale pour votre prochain voyage à Seabrook Island.

Le canapé et les chaises longues sont idéaux pour se détendre avec votre groupe autour d'un café le matin ou après une longue journée à la plage. Profitez de la télévision grand écran pour rester à jour sur vos équipes sportives préférées, rattraper son retard sur la politique ou regarder la frénésie sur Netflix. Le canapé se transforme en lit pour maximiser le couchage.

La cuisine est équipée de toutes les nécessités nécessaires pour profiter des repas à la maison avec des amis et la famille. En outre, il y a un gril au propane situé à la maison pour que vous puissiez griller à tout moment. Une machine Keurig est également fournie, alors veuillez prendre autant de café que votre cœur le désire.

Les chambres sont équipées de lits queen size et toutes ont des fenêtres offrant beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Les chambres ont des placards donc il y a beaucoup d'espace de stockage.

Pour 25 $ par jour, les clients peuvent avoir accès aux deux piscines extérieures, aux deux piscines pour enfants, à la salle de jeux vidéo, au restaurant Pelican's Nest avec vue sur l'océan, aux restaurants du club de golf, au centre de remise en forme, à la piscine intérieure, au centre de yoga, au centre équestre, au basket-ball, au ping-pong et aux restaurants. , tennis et plus encore!

Les cartes d'agrément peuvent être récupérées au moment de l'arrivée pour 25 $ par jour ou 150 $ par semaine. Il y a un dépôt de 11 $ dû au moment de l'obtention de la carte (s) qui est remboursé une fois les cartes retournées. Une carte de crédit peut être liée à votre carte pour permettre des achats de nourriture, de golf et de tennis. Extremely pet friendly! Loved all the nature and natural light! Only wish we had gotten to stay longer! My only true suggestion - very minimal- one idea is to have a map showing the shortest route to the dog friendly beach by foot (my phone kept trying to take us down golf course paths, lol).

The property was renovated well, the furniture and linens were pretty and modern. The master bed was uncomfortable, and the bathrooms were okay. But everything else was as expected. And the location and amenities were well worth the cost and any inconveniences. I'd stay there again!

We are greatful to find this pet friendly little bungalow! It was perfect for us and the dogs. We enjoyed the island very much. The first day there was an alligator on the bank of the little pond adjacent to the property. We used the pool, loved the “dog” beach close by and enjoyed walking all over the grounds. It was very quiet, had what we needed to make a few meals and was a comfortable nights sleep. I’d recommend renting bikes. Freshfields had everything we needed close by! All in all a great little place and a good experience. I’d rent again easily.

Adorable treehouse!

This adorable little treehouse bungalow was so fun to stay in! Perfect for a short stay, we loved the location. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of pillows to lounge around and watch TV. We will definitely stay here again!!

Enjoyed it - it was perfect for our family of 4. Short bike ride to beach; clean; cozy setup; simple kitchen was good for us; grill worked well; 2 small bathrooms were good for us. Pics on listing are a bit dated - but the gist is the same. We'd be glad to stay again!

Quaint Cottage

This cottage was perfect to spend the night for my husbands birthday. The host was easily accessible and patient with the questions I had. The house was clean and in a great location on the island. We enjoyed seeing the deer outside the windows and the home was the perfect size for us.

Thoughtful and wonderful host!

We loved our stay at Jaren’s treehouse! The most beautiful oak tree is right there …an inspiration! My kids had to leave early given a family emergency and she was so accommodating when I needed for my husband to drive into Seabrook to stay and to get me back home! Jaren’s home is very cozy and clean…this is great access to the beach and other island favorites. Perfect for a group of four, small family, girls’ weekend etc. It was chilly…but this home provides so much during all seasons of the year. Very highly recommended. Thank you, Jaren!

Great Property - But Seabrook's Changed

Nothing bad to say about the property or the manager - which is why this rating is 5 stars. But, beware, the Seabrook "vibe" and amenity card programs have drastically changed, and not for the better. Be prepared for constant uncharges, to not be welcomed by rude staff and the old folks who live on the island who are clearly intent on making renters unwelcome. For this reason - again, absolutely nothing to do with this property or the owners of it - we will never return to Seabrook, and you should make sure that you're aware of all of this before you book.

Loved this treetop cottage in the oaks!

First of all, Seabrook Island is awesome! This was our first visit and the people were super nice and welcoming! Even the residents treated us with kindness and greeted us every morning as we walked our dogs. The house was super clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The owners thought of everything from cooking utensils and dishes to small fans on the night stands! We enjoyed coffee early in the mornings on the deck surrounded by moss draped trees and the sound of nature! The floor the ceiling windows made the house feel so open and airy. The beach was a short bike ride away as well as the beach club. We loved the beach club! The amenity cards are worth the money! The beaches are wide open with shallow water which we enjoyed daily! A special thanks to the owners of the house for answering any questions I had so promptly! They also messaged to check in on us mid week. I would definitely rent this house again!

Seabrook Tree House

It was a great vacation! We loved the cute little tree house, it is small but perfect for what we needed it for - a place to sleep and shower while we explored downtown Charleston and the island. Very peaceful, relaxing and full of nature. Loved our stay! Jaren was very accommodating!! Thank you for a great vacation!!

Great Getaway!

We loved staying in the treehouse, it was everything we expected and more. It was spacious enough for us and our two pups. We were even able to enjoy the sunset each night with just a quick walk to the beach and playtime with the dogs in the mornings. We would reserve this villa again in a heartbeat!

Photos deceiving

The property is older and in need of updates. Photos on listing make it look MUCH nicer than it is. Bathrooms very small. Stairs and porch not swept and very dirty. Furniture old and worn. Would not recommend.
