Large secluded property in Grand Beach New Buffalo featuring a recent fully renovated Main House (3bdr) and Guesthouse (1 king bedroom + queen sleeper sofa). Both units have completely rehabbed interior featuring high-end designer finishes. Main house sleeps 9 comfortably while Guesthouse sleeps 4.

Take the golf cart (comes with the property) to the park or beach for a day in the sun, before coming back for an evening hot tub dip or campfire!

We had a nice stay and the property provided plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids for the beach. We especially enjoyed the screened porch.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very nice and we loved the setting. The back yard was perfect with the fire pit area, hot tub and twinkle lights and our toddler had fun on the swing set. The screen porch was perfect for hanging out and playing games. The guest house was a nice plus to have a separate space for the kids. Loved having the golft cart to get to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This property quickly became one of our favorites. Both units were very clean, modern, and decorated beautifully. We loved the location and thoughtfulness behind all amenities. We will definitely be returning.

Lots to do. We enjoyed the hot tub, the golf cart, and the fire pit. The neighborhood was quiet, scenic and the nearby playground, with a zip line, was a hit with our 10 year old grandson. The short drive to New Buffalo offered us the opportunity to enjoy local restaurants. The dunes, the hikes and the shore line were all enjoyed. And we have never seen so many wonderful deer. We had hoped to use the bikes in the garage, but did not have time. Would definitely select this house again.

Gorgeous house and bonus house in a perfect location!

The main house and guest house are just decorated gorgeously. High end and so comfortable! Relaxing wooded lot a short walk from the beach and short drive to all the fun restaurants, shops, breweries in new Buffalo and surrounding. We wished it was a little warmer during our stay but we’re thankful for the fireplace, outdoor fire pit and hot tub. Tons of seating indoors and out. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful getaway!

Everything from the location, decor, cleanliness, and communication with the property owner was perfect for a short getaway with the family! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the beds & couches were super comfortable, and we all enjoyed hanging out in the beautiful back yard and hot tub. 10/10 recommend!

New Buffalo Retreat

A great family get away. The cottage & guesthouse were a perfect fit for our family of 6. The amenities were great with separation for quiet times along with a golf cart, bikes, one tandem bike, hot tub, fire place and very comfortable accommodations. You will be sure to relax & enjoy you time.

Weekend get away

Over all stay was great.. we did have an issu of one of the doors not locking at night. I 2as over all clean, some spring cleaning could be done..ceiling fans etc. Communication could be better.. had to ask for check in info a few times before a replying.. bonus there wasnt a huge clean up list, after paying a cleaning fee!!

Place of comfort

Our family spent our spring break at this property and we had the best time. Every part of this place is well thought out and made for gathering. The kitchen is perfect. The couches and beds are a dream. Great proximity to everything. We visited the Great Escape Spa and the Shady Lane winery and also highly recommend them both. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect Michiana House

Top notch house, top notch location! Positioned perfectly between Michigan City and New Buffalo! The house and property fit three families easily. The house is beautifully decorated and has great amenities, bikes, golf cart, fire pit, fireplace, etc.. We give it 5 stars and would definitely rent the house again!

Fam friend get away

Cool house for a long weekend away from Chicago. The properties literally right next to the IN border which made keeping time a little harder. The property was great for a get away with a big group. There are bikes, a golf cart and lots of other things that make getting to the beach easy.

We loved our time at this property! The home was clean and clearly recently remodeled with thoughtful upgrades throughout. The location is ideal, close to everything we wanted to do and the screened-in porch was the absolute highlight, we spent hours in the evening out there without worrying about bugs.That said, a few things could make the experience even better. Communication from the host could be improved; it would have helped to have clearer, easier access to check-out instructions. Thankfully we didn't need anything besides checkout instructions while we were there because we messaged 2x and never heard back. Additionally, the house had a very damp, moist feel, which might benefit from a few dehumidifiers.Overall, though, the home’s cleanliness, stylish remodel, and fantastic porch made for a wonderful stay. We’d happily return once those minor issues are addressed.

Great 2 day Getaway

The house was beautiful and was as described. Only complaint was that the jacuzzi was dirty. The property manager was very responsive and had someone out within the hour to drain and clean it. Overall great experience. We will return.

Yucky Hot Tub

It was disgusting. The hot tub looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. We contacted the property manager to inquire about getting it cleaned. The next day, they responded and had someone there to clean it. Whoever did the cleaning did a terrible job. We got in and things started floating around that looked like algae. We got out and did not get back in. Very disappointing as the hot tub was our main attraction to this home.
