Amazing place, location, hospitality, comfort, and more

We stayed here for a mini vacation for our family of five. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, welcoming place with great decor and art. Svetlana is such a considerate host and thought of so many touches that make all the difference when you're traveling to a new city. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. We didn't have to think of anything - Svetlana had already thought of it all. She also provided suggestions for things to see and do. It felt like we had stayed at a great friend's place while they were away. It couldn't have been better!

AMAZING PLACE, GREAT VIEWS!!!

I was in town for a view days to spend some time with friends and I am so glad I decided to rent this place. It was really nicely remodeled and had a great modern feel! On top of that, the host Svetlana was extremely easy to communicate with if we ever had any questions. The place was clean when we showed up and very well organized. There is a grill outside that was filled with propane. We had a chance to BBQ outside in the nice backyard. Svetlana even had some nice treats prepared! :) I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in a great location, with great views and have quality place to stay in!!!

Beautiful home, owner thought of everything!

My family had a wonderful stay. The home and owner are amazing. The home is spotless and well appointed, and fully stocked. The backyard is cozy with beautiful lemon trees and the front balcony his a relaxing view. the owner went the extra mile to meet our needs. From the welcome basket with delicious fruit snacks and wine, you don’t have to worry about where to find food after a long journey or where to find coffee in the morning. We were even met with markers and toys specifically for my kids! I asked one morning if there were measuring cups in the kitchen and she had some delivered that afternoon! The owner also helped me plan several activities for my family. Every recommendation was spot on. We will be back!

Great location for a work retreat

We had some coworkers form Texas fly out to visit with our SF office and they stayed at this property. The space was amazing, great to get work done and relax and bond outside of that. Would highly recommend.

5 star property/host

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Our host Svetlana inquired about what we were visiting for and stocked the house before we got there with game day snacks and beer with a very personable welcoming note. Not only was the property amazing with lots of space great front and backyards, amazing living room to hang out in, every room was very comfortable and well decorated. The neighborhood is 5-10 minutes away from Dolores park, a quick Uber to the mission district and 15 from north beach/downtown. There’s life size Jenga, a limbo set and monopoly all ready to go if you want to have some fun in the house. Svetlana got back to me immediately if I needed her and if I plan on another trip to SF I will definitely be returning here

Nice place to stay for group trip in SF area

This is a clean and comfortable townhouse for a group to stay. Pretty safe area and short drive to SF downtown. A small cosy back yard with BBQ is a plus. The property manager was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed stay here and will consider again when we visit this area next time.

Wonderful house in San Francisco

What a great VRBO in nice and quiet San Francisco neighborhood. We felt like locals for the weekend. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The hostess was terrific. Easy to communicate with and very responsive to our pre arrival questions. The house is very nice. There is a patio in the back patio which was a nice spot to relax and socialize. The front deck also has an ocean view. The rooms were very comfortable and accommodated the 6 of us very well. I strongly recommend this VRBO.

Amazing place & experience.

Svetlana was a amazing host. Communication was amazing from the moment I booked with her. The location is soooooo beautiful & modern. I rented out for a bbq my boyfriends birthday and she left a care package and birthday gift. The house is fully equipped. The hospitality overall was amazing, I will be booking again! Highly recommended!!!! Svetlana is very nice, understanding , sweet as well. Her neighbors are very welcoming as wellz
