Hot tub! Beach 1 block away, Peloton, near SF and SFO airport

You'll have full access to our 3 bed, 3 bath house, newly built in 2012. It's a block away from the beach and golf course and 20 minutes to downtown San Francisco.
It's stocked with top-of-the-line amenities, including a brand new hot tub, 75 inch 4k TV, luxury Casper mattresses, gourmet kitchen and Peloton. For remote work, we offer 200+ mbps internet and 2 separate workspaces. There are peekaboo ocean views and you'll fall asleep to the sweet smells and sounds of the ocean.
The space
When you enter the driveway, you'll see a yard with a brand new hot tub that fits seven, grill and outdoor hangout space.

When entering the home, you'll see one bedroom and bathroom suite on the first floor with queen and twin beds.

After walking up a flight of stairs, you'll be at a giant great room that has a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, a living room with a giant 75 inch TV, Peloton, dining area and balcony. We offer cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime video. There is a pullout couch here too.

When you walk down the hallway, you'll see the main bedroom with a king-sized luxury Casper mattress, trundle bed and en-suite bathroom.

There's another bedroom and bathroom here as well with a king-sized Helix mattress.

We also offer Drybar blowdryers and free laundry. There are also supplies for the kiddos.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire building & backyard except the small room in the front of the building which is an empty storefront.
Other things to note
Absolutely NO parties and the group must be quiet after 10 PM outside. Guests cannot bring more than the specified number of people. We live next door and have picky neighbors who will call us, so we thank you for your understanding.
