Villa Cocos #4 is a modern, newly built home located just 3 blocks from the beach in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. This private villa is perfect for a family of up to 5 guests and offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The open-concept living area features a spacious layout with large sliding doors that lead to a private outdoor patio, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and all rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, while the third bedroom features one twin bed. The villa also offers a second full bathroom to accommodate guests.

With a private backyard, this villa is within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and the beach, while still being situated in a quiet, tranquil setting.

Super hébergement!

La maison Ă©tait parfaite! Bien situĂ©e, dans un coin tranquille. Elle Ă©tait trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour cuisiner et que dire de l’air climatisĂ©, un must pour se sentir confortable en cette pĂ©riode trĂšs trĂšs chaude. Les hĂŽtes ont rĂ©pondu rapidement Ă  nos questions. Un excellent choix Ă  San Pancho.

Week stay in March

We stayed in San Pancho for a week end of Feb/early March. San Pancho was an awesome chill surf town! Perfect weather and not built up with tourist stuff. The food on the town is incredible. This property was great and is just as advertised in the listing. Vicky and her team were excellent with communication before and during our stay!

Excellent!

We spent two months here and were very happy with our choice. The house was well appointed, with comfortable seating, filtered water in the kitchen, and weekly housekeeping that included restocking paper products. Bob and Vicky are great hosts and communication was excellent from start to finish. The location is ideal. It's set back from the road in a quiet neighbourhood, but a short walk to the best restaurants, beach and Tuesday market. Unfortunately for us, there was construction next door which made for some noisy evenings, but this can happen anywhere.

Fantastic stay

My husband and I had a great three weeks in this villa. It’s a short walk to town and the beach. The house is well-maintained and cleaned regularly. Vicky and her husband were great hosts and always respond above to any questions we had. A great option in San Pancho!

Awesome place!

Communication was excellent. Would stay here again. While not on beach, it was a short jaunt away. If you don’t like roosters crowing, this is not the place (area) for you. Supplies were well appointed in house, very roomy.

Perfecto

This casita worked perfectly for our family. The house is even nicer than the pictures would suggest--well-appointed, airy, and quiet. The side yard is a very nice place to eat breakfast or to enjoy an evening drink. The walk to the center of town is pleasant and short. Overall, this house worked perfectly for us, the hosts were incredibly responsive, and we had a lovely time.

San Pancho Perfection!

We had an amazing stay in San Pancho! Villa Coco was the best place we have stayed in San Pancho and we are already booked for next December! Thank you Vicki for great communication! Your place is wonderful and thankfully dog friendly. We highly recommend booking here if you can.

Wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house close to town

My husband and I stayed at this property for a month and loved it. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. It is mostly very quiet except for a some occasional dogs barking and roosters croaking but that’s to be expected in Mexico. I highly recommend this property. There is a really great pool club 7 min walk down the road too. We joined for the entire month and it was amazing. The town and the beach is only 3 blocks away. Very easy to walk everywhere.
