C' est avec plaisir que nous pouvons vous accueillir dans notre appartement de Paris 15Úme arrondissement ; Je suis sûr que vous passerez un bon moment.

L'appartement a été entiÚrement rénové, il est situé au 4Úme étage sans ascenseur
il se compose d'un hall d'entrée, séjour avec un canapé, 2 chambres avec un lit double 160cm dans chacune, 1 petite chambre avec 2 lits superposés , dressing dans une des chambres, un salle d'eau, WC et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle ainsi qu'une machine à café Nespresso.
L’appartement n’est pas Ă©quipĂ© de climatisation
Nous avons mis Ă  disposition un ventilateur

Nous fournissons aussi les serviettes, les draps et le gel douche.Vous
trouverez dans les placards de la cuisine du café,thé, chocolat, lait et sucre pour un petit déjeuner en cas d'arrivée tardive.... Les clés seront accessibles à tout moment via une boßte sécurisée avec digicode.

L'appartement est situé en face de la station de métro (La Motte Piquet Grenelle) avec 6 directions possible.
L'accĂšs au parc Disney est accessible avec le mĂ©tro et le train (facile et direct) Il y a aussi un arrĂȘt de bus. Le quartier est trĂšs commercial avec magasins, pharmacie, restaurants, bars, et aussi un supermarchĂ© (Monoprix) ouvert tous les jours de 8h30h Ă  21h30.

Vous pouvez également vous promener dans le jardin de la tour Eiffel ( 5mn à pied) ainsi que sur les quais de Seine.Si vous avez une voiture il y a un parking sous le métro en face de l'appartement.

Le petit appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© prĂȘt de tout. Les proprios rĂ©pondent rapidement aux questions par l'application Vrbo. C'est petit mais c'est normal c'est ça Paris !

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, which is in a fantastic neighbourhood, directly opposite a Metro station and close to shops and restaurants. Being so central, there is some street and train noise, but that’s to be expected and didn’t detract from our stay, but if you’re a light sleeper, you might find it slightly jarring.The apartment itself was comfortable and we were very happy there. Check-in involves a few access codes which can be a little tricky to see at night, but it’s straightforward overall. The main thing to note is that there is no lift. This is clearly stated in the listing, but worth flagging as the stairs can be challenging if you’re travelling with heavy luggage or anyone with limited mobility.All in all, for the location and fair pricing, this is a great base and we would happily stay again.

This is a nice apartment in a convenient location. Note that the bunk bed room is accessed by walking though one of the other rooms and is very small, but fine just for sleeping. On arrival, we struggled to get into the building as we had been provided with out of date codes for the external and internal (downstairs) doors and the host was unfortunately not available by 'phone at that time. Luckily, it was early enough that neighbours were going out, otherwise we would have been really stuck.

The host was welcoming and answered all our questions. The location near so many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and the train station made it a very desireable place to stay. The building had no elevator, so there is 5 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, so be prepared for that, but otherwise, it was absolutely amazing. Jacques let us have a late checkout with no hassle because we had an emergency the night before, so that was also great. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who wants to see Paris and have a great location by public transportation to do so!

Good location near the Metro Station. Easy access to transportation. Lots of restaurants and amenities in the area and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Communication with host and access to the apartment was easy.Apartment is in an old building without an elevator and it’s on the 4th floor - not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues who has difficulty with winding stairs. Description did not mention this!Bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms both of which are very small - again not suitable for those with mobility issues or larger people. Floors are wooden and creak loudly when walking on them so it is not quiet moving about, especially at night. Towel dryer in bathroom did not work. Room doors are hard to close and therefore noisy.Kitchen is very small but well equipped. Beds and linens were fine but nothing special. Furniture appears to be primarily Ikea type. TV is small but did not use it. Wifi works well.Would not stay here again when coming back to Paris.

We loved staying in Jacques' apartment on the edge of the 7th. Conveniently located next to the La Motte Picquet-Grenelle Metro stop, we were able to explore all over the city from this location with ease. One block away is Merci Jerome, for breakfast pastries and coffee. There's also a Monoprix grocery store at the end of block with anything you might need. This apartment has tons of charm and plenty of space for our family of 4. We loved the tiny yet extremely functional kitchen and appreciated the separate toilet room. This place is a jewel, we'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Paris!

Property is in an excellent location relative to interesting sights, abundant restaurants, and food shopping. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, and the usual amenities. Wi-Fi functioned as expected. The only negative was the lack of an elevator. This was problematic for us since the ages of our group varied from 5 to 75 years of age.
