LE CHARME DU MARAIS ET LE LUXE D UN HOTEL 4 ETOILES

Il est refait entièrement à neuf exposé plein sud et très calme dans un immeuble classé et à 2 pas du Marais, et du superbe quartier des halles.
Station de Métro à 100 M, ou bus également.
Deux chambres une avec un lit 160 X 200, et salle de bains avec baignoire balneo, et l'autre avec lit double de 140 X 190 avec salle d'eau douche.
Il y a le wifi, et internet et chaines câblées, 4 superbes écrans plats, une cuisine tout équipée, lave vaisselle, lave linge, hotte aspirante, plaques induction, réfrigérateur et congélateur.
Pour votre confort une machine Nespresso, avec recharges, et tout ustensile de cuisine.
Le linge est tout fourni et impeccable.
En résumé superbe appartement neuf et meublé avec gout, plein sud, calme superbement situé, avec le luxe d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Tout est neuf et donc très propre.
La gardienne de l'immeuble est charmante, et le voisinage également. Le quartier les Halles est magnifique et très vivant le soir avec de très bons restaurants .
Comme tous les locataires vous passerez un séjour merveilleux.

Beautiful area

We felt extremely safe in our Vrbo and the area was wonderful. Less than a quarter mile away from a park and supermarket. It was challenging to enjoy ourselves in the apartment as our toddlers were playing we had tenants complain to us about too much noise in the middle of the afternoon. Potentially not a great place for kiddos but very nice nonetheless

The location is perfect, the apartment is fine but if you are a tall person you cannot shower in the second bathroom, the ceiling is very small and the main bathroom is a bathtub, it does not have a shower, I think they should say it in the description, also in the second room there is no door to the bathroom, in the wifi instructions the information is not correct, I had to decipher it using the password that the router comes with from the factory, and most importantly I was calling Rosa and she never answered, I wrote to her and she did not respond, the communication is zero, they should improve that.

Charming

We enjoyed our stay in this Marais apartment, we felt very much a part of the neighborhood, shopping at the Monoprix right around the corner for our groceries, coffee or drinks at the corner cafe. I cooked often and the kitchen amenities met my needs. The Temple metro stop is so close, a 2 minute walk (maybe less). We were a group of 4 (Myself, my husband and our two teenage daughters) and the apartment accommodated us. It is on the 4th floor which gives a nice vantage point to the courtyard, the spiral staircase was something to endure after a day of walking around Paris, but it added to the charm of the apartment, and our stay. Thank you Hubert.

4th floor walk up spiral stairs hauling luggage. No AC in bedrooms,. only a moldy smelling portable AC in living room with 2 small fans. Filthy oven and toaster, pest droppings in cupboards, tea kettle and coffee maker caked with hard water deposits. The place has short ceilings, if your 6’ tall you’ll hit your head on everything. Limited, worn bedding (as in no sheet just duvet cover), smelly pillows, ragged curtains that barely cover windows and do not keep out the heat from the all afternoon beating down sun, hard towels with other peoples hair on them, and an overall smell that made both of us feel ill. Cannot recommend this property.

NOT as advertised - do NOT recommend

This property was NOT as advertised. I suspect the owner has not visited the property for a long while. The location was really the only good thing. There was a big water leak when the bathtub turned on, making it unusable, so no second bathroom as advertised. There was an old water leak in the kitchen wall, with black mold(?) growing in the adjoining cabinet. The room unit air conditioner made the whole apartment smell strongly of mold after and hour so we had to shut it off. The owner arranged a replacement unit but it had the same problem. It was 98 F degrees and on the 5th floor it was impossible to cool the south facing unit for sleeping, though we kept everything closed up all day to avoid the heat. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken and it was precarious to load and unload without the entire rack falling. It was advertised as "newly renovated" but had large cracks in the shower ceiling, mold where the shower wall met the shower floor, holes in the walls from door handles banging, a large peeling crack in the living room wall, a broken toilet seat in one bathroom making it risky to sit on, and divots / peeling edges on the pieces of the faux wood flooring. Definitely NOT like a 4 star accommodation as listed... Perhaps it was renovated years ago, but not recently. We left two nights early to find a cooler, more useable place to say. We provided photos to the owner of the problems. This apartment was the most disappointing place we have ever booked, and we travel a fair bit. I suggest avoiding this place, especially at over two hundred twenty five per night.

Magnifique appartement, très bien situé

Magnifique appartement, confortable et moderne. Très bien situé à proximité des métros Temple et République. Beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité ainsi qu'un vaste supermarché au coin de la rue permettant de cuisiner maison. À seulement 20 minutes de marche de Notre-Dame. Quartier accueillant et où l'on se sent en sécurité.

Magique

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans ce superbe appartement, idéalement situé en plein centre de Paris, dans un quartier animé et riche en commodités. La proximité immédiate du métro offre un réel confort pour organiser ses visites vers les centres d'intérêt de la capitale, sans perte de temps ni fatigue. A peine la porte ouverte, nous avons été séduits par l'atmosphère cosy qui se dégage de cet appartement raffiné, réelle invitation à la détente. Spacieux et confortable, lumineux, il est joliment décoré et bien agencé. Les poutres apparentes lui confèrent un charme certain. La cuisine et les salles de bains modernes, bien équipées, sont un plaisir pour ses occupants. La literie est d'excellente qualité et le calme de cet immeuble permet des nuits paisibles très appréciables. Le propriétaire est charmant et attentif au bien-être de ses locataires. Nous le remercions chaleureusement pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Sur place, Rosa, la concierge, vous accueille avec le sourire et est toujours là en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons cette location à tous ceux qui recherchent confort, charme, tranquillité, et soulignons que sa situation centralisée est vraiment idéale pour le tourisme et le shopping. Sans aucun doute, nous y reviendrons.

This property's huge upsides are its location, its south-facing brightness, its QUIET setting amidst the Marais hubbub, and the enormous size relative to most rentals/hotels in Paris. So much room! Minor offsets are the small, dark kitchen, the limited closet space, and the four flights of stairs that can seem increasingly daunting after days spent sightseeing. These are altogether minor considerations relative to the overall enjoyment of calling this property "home" during your time in the City of Light!

Perfekt beliggenhed

Hyggelig lejlighed perfekt beliggenhed i roligt kvarter. Tæt på alt. Eneste minus - der var ikke rent. Vi måtte tørre hylder af for støv/døde dyr før vi kunne lægge tøj i skabene. Under sengene var meget beskidt…efter 1/2 times rengøring har vi haft den dejligste ferie

Die Wohnung bietet guten Komfort. Küchenutensilien waren etwas beschränkt. Rosa (angegebener Portier) glänzte mit Abwesenheit somit war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter etwas mit Wartezeit verbunden

Great for short people

The neighborhood had a good vibe and was close to the Metro. Lots and lots of steep stairs and there was no air conditioning. The ceilings in the shower were very low, and we are tall people so it was not comfortable. The apartment was clean though.

Great location, charming with some quirks

Overall a good value and I'd stay here again. Pros: 1. Location 2. Good space, nice to have living and dining rooms separate 3. Charm, exposed beams, set back from the street 4. Super responsive owner's agent 5. Kitchen stove actually vents outside, so cooking smells exit the apt! Cons: 1. Fourth floor, be ready for stairs 2. Ceilings are low. Really low especially in the shower and tub. 3. Listing indicates AC. While the unit seemed to have a portable air conditioner, it wasn't hooked up when we visited so we ended up leaving the windows open. It was generally fine given cool evenings in June. Just know it's not central AC. I might hesitate to rent here in hotter summer months. 4. Unit shows some wear. White furniture has minor stains (granted it's white!). Vanities in bathrooms show minor/light veneer peeling. Again, minor, just don't expect brand new picture perfect.

Piccolo bon bon in un quartiere vivace

Ringrazio Hubbert per la disponibilità , la cortesia e tutte le informazioni che ci ha fornito! La casetta è deliziosa , arredata con buon gusto e luminosa alla interno di un edificio con un vasto cortile interno ben tenuto. A disposizione nell appartamento macchinetta del caffè, capsule ed anche una bottiglia di vino ad accoglierti. eravamo in tre ospiti.... Unico minimale neo un bagno piccolo piccolo ma l insieme cosi gradevole che non disturba. Il quartiere marais dove è ubicato è delizioso. Rispetto ad altri luoghi del marais è più vivace ed anche più elegante !!! Bravo Hubbert!

Great location, average furnishings.

Great location, can walk to many places. Apartment is average on the furnishings, definitely not recently renovated as the furnishings seem a bit worn. Tip for any renters, there is no bath soap provided and no extra toilet paper. No paper towels and no condiments in the kitchen. No door to the bathroom in 2nd bedroom and master bedroom door nor bathroom door doesn’t close. The monoprix is very close and you can pick up anything you need there. Also very steep 4 flights of stairs, we were fine with it but perhaps others may not be. Overall just an average rental.

Great location to experience local flavor!

Overall the property is clean! The good: Great location Comfortable rental up to 4 people Remodeled interior and modern look Close to Metro Close to many great restaurants Areas that need improvement: The furtniure needs to be cleaned Beds need to have sheets If you advertise that you will have a bottle of wine waiting for your guests, then make sure that you do. Great Location

Overall a great place, location was wonderful and the set up was nice. A few heads up, 4 very steep stairwells with luggage if that's an issue. There could be a few additions for a long stay, toaster, tea kettle and regular coffee pot. Hubert was good to work with and did deliver wine glasses and toilet paper when we contacted him.
