This luxury home has 3,600 sq ft of living space, gourmet kitchen with convection oven, combo microwave, gas cook top, warming drawer, reverse osmosis water filtration, water softener, Weber propane grill, office space with Ethernet and high speed WiFi networks, 4 Roku equipped TVs, heated pool with cover and splash shelf (dependent on outside [winter] the pool might not heat as desired), dock where you can tie a small boat (you may tie your boat onto the dock, but use of the boat lift is not included into the rental), 2 kayaks, professional basketball goal with half court and two basketballs, ping pong table, outdoor shower with hot water. Nearby you'll find many waterfront restaurants with live music to entertain you or take a walk through our beautiful state and city parks. You'll be the sole renter and will have access to all bedrooms, baths, pool and entertainment areas of home. Some closets, the garage and downstairs office are utilized for owner storage and are therefore locked.
