Welcome to Enclave 701A – Shore Fun, a beautifully appointed 7th-floor condo offering comfort, space, and lovely Gulf views for your perfect beach escape. This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is designed to feel like your home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, while the open living area provides plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day in the sun. Step out onto your private balcony to take in the coastal breeze and enjoy views of the Gulf. The dining area offers a great setting for family meals, game nights, or planning your next beach adventure. The primary suite features a king bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom includes two double beds and a TV, with a nearby full bathroom offering a walk-in shower. Great condo! We love Miramar, and being so close to the public beach access is important to us. This was our second stay at Enclave, and it’s just a great location!

Beautiful place to stay!

Very convenient condo close to the beach and all the shopping you could want. Host was amazing and answered all questions in a timely manner. Codo was clean and much nicer than I expected. We will definitely be staying there again!

It was great! Short walk to beach.Not very crowded.Exterior of building was dated and condo a little dated but clean. The halls of the building could’ve been cleaner; carpet stained and looked older, but condo was clean and met all of our needs.

Destin 2025 Family Vacation

It was a very comfortable stay. We have 7 people. 3 adults 4 kids and plenty of room. Straight across the road to the beach we walked back and forth all day no big deal. It is close to shopping and fantastic restaurants. I had a few questions when I got there and I had no trouble getting assistance quickly! I would definitely recommend Enclave.

Loved it!

We will definitely be back! Short walk to the beach and a restaurant. The condo was clean and in perfect condition. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you could possibly need. We had such a great time!

Spring break time

The place is excellent, cleaning, location. My family loved the days on Enclave I. The only “problem” that we had was the living room light that doesn’t work but for us no difference.we enjoyed so much.

Everything We Hoped For

We loved our stay at Shore Fun at the Enclave! Our family trip included our children, my mom, and my grandfather. The location was great for all ages. The building has an elevator and the walk to the beach was short. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It’s definitely a location we would look at again.

Comfortable!

My family really enjoyed the place, it was very nice and clean first off....the area we were in was in walking distance from the beach and some nice bars or in our case golf cart ride away lol ... I would definitely rent here again!

Amazing

It was exactly how it was listed on the site and was very roomy and definitely will come and stay again and recommend it to my friends only thing was microwave handle was broke an drain in master shower was clogged other then that it was in a great location and could see the ocean from the balcony!!!

Great stay

This was the perfect stay for a place close to the beach! It was an affordable option for a great location. The place did not provide extra toilet paper and paper towels or soap. So make sure to bring extra. The beds were semi-comfortable but did the job! We had six girls stay and it was a great place. Good living room seating, a nice sized kitchen for cooking, and two bathrooms so plenty of room for us!

I enjoyed my stay 100% ! The place was clean and spacious. I loved the location. The condo was literally across the street from the beach. Access to condo and beach was easy. I received all info prior to my arrival. The only thing I was bummed about was the no internet and WiFi on one of the days I stayed due to Hurricane Sally. I was notified about and the issue was fixed . I most definitely would stay there again.

Destin 2023

This is a great condo, easy to check in and out of for sure. Our one single issue is that the owner needs to be much more forthcoming with information about the “beach access” that comes with the property. When you walk out the steps to the beach, what’s in front of you is all you have access to. It’s probably about as big as the shop I have on my property at home- for everyone staying in both buildings plus people who aren’t staying in those buildings. Yikes. 2 of the days, there was absolutely no room to lay out 6 towels at 11am. Looked like a pack of sardines wearing swim suits! Wont come back to this one.

Beautiful place

We stayed at enclave and we love it! The condo is furnished nicely and beautifully. There’s 2 bathroom and 2 bedroom and a pull out sofa which comes in handy for our big group. The view is beautiful and the parking and the elevator makes it easy for us to go up and down. The pool is nice but it’s not very big but we still enjoyed it otherwise. We would want to comeback again.❤️

Great proximity to beach; Cute condo unit

The location is only 3-5 mins walk to the beach. They have a private gate access. This was very helpful because we have kids and senior adults in our group, so they didn't have to do a lot of walking. Although the condo building is kinda old already, I love the condo unit itself because it has a very functional set-up and very cute decor. Basic needs are ready in the kitchen, bedrooms and baths. My favorite part was the owner also provided beach chairs and other beach stuff.

Great Trip!

Place was close to the beach with a beautiful stay! Comfortable beds and clean space! Only drawback was dirty silverware but we washed our pieces before eating! Would stay again!

Great little place

Great location. Really enjoyed our stay. Our first night the lock wouldn't let us in. Guess the battery died. The on call Maintenance guy was very helpful and got us back in our rooms. He kept in constant contact to keep us updated on his plans to get us back in. Rooms was very clean. Wonderful view to see the sunset every night.
