Great location,not a great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elevators are very iffy. They are rusty and sound like they are scrubbing. The furnace filter and vent were caked in dust. Some of the bedding had stains on them. One of the bathrooms had urine on the toilet seat and sand in the tub. The dryer did not work.

Overall experience was great. Condo was clean. Beautiful beach view from balcony. There were issues with the elevator but being on 3rd floor, stairs were manageable.

There were maintenance issues with lights and fans. There was sand across the floors. The shower drains were slow. The building had water supply issues.

Another Fabulous Panama City Trip!!!

The place was amazing exactly what we expected. Unit is nice, large, easy to move about even with a group of 9. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Beach Oasis

This Panama City Beach condo offered everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was perfect on the quieter end of the beach and the view was amazing. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, taking long walks on the beach and swimming in the ocean. The extra chairs and boogie boards left behind by previous guests came in very handy!

This condo is perfect for multi family. If I had to suggest anything it would be provide kitchen towels and dish clothes. We had a great time.
