Ce condo est sous la nouvelle propriété et a été récemment rénové et redécoré. Ce beau grand condo de 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain dans l’un des meilleurs complexes sur la plage va bientôt se remplir! Réservez maintenant afin que vous puissiez profiter de votre temps spécial à Panama City Beach! C'est un complexe familial avec un minimum de 25 ans pour les locataires. Condo et balcon sont sans fumée.

L'unité 1702 de la tour 1 au 17ème étage est un grand condo pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 12 personnes avec 2 rois, 2 reines, des lits superposés et un canapé-lit queen-size.

La suite principale face à la mer comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bain privée avec douche séparée et bain à remous, un dressing et une télévision murale de 40 "avec téléviseur

La 2ème Master Suite a un lit king size, salle de bain privée et une télévision murale 40 "avec lecteur DVD

La 3ème chambre a 2 lits queen size et téléviseur mural à écran plat 32 "avec lecteur DVD intelligent

La 4ème chambre a des lits jumeaux encastrés et une télévision à écran plat de 24 pouces fixée au mur avec lecteur DVD.

Le salon a tous les nouveaux meubles (canapé convertible en lit queen size), 4 chaises latérales, Smart TV murale de 55 "avec Blue Ray

Table de salle à manger et chaises pour 8, place pour 4 autres au comptoir et 4 autres sur le patio. La plupart des condos qui dorment 12 n'ont pas assez d'espace à manger.

Very teenager friendly. Perfect location. Pool has a restaurant. The beach was gorgeous and the room very spacious and clean.The balcony spans the living room and one of the master bedrooms. We also had two Grandparents traveling with us that require walkers/cane and the room has a walk-in shower and we used a walker for the bathrooms. AWESOME Vacation!

Beautiful unit right on beach with lots of amenities. Beach/ocean views from LR and MBR, immaculately clean and exceptional Hosts. The ONLY thing we did not like was the long walk from parking garage across street to condo. Overall we LOVED it!!!

Very nice condo. We had everything we needed for our stay. Condo has a great view of the beach. We even got to see dolphins in the morning will drinking coffee on the balcony. Would come back again.

We had a great stay at this condo. I normally would not stay on a high floor but this particular condo had the bedding that we needed so we rented it. I was nervous but with the views we had, I really didn't think about how high we were up. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this condo again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We did find some sand in one of the bunks, but I let them know and they had brand new sheets delivered immediately. We also were able to grab an earlier check in, so we understand that sometimes that rushes the cleaners. The automatic door lock broke while we were there and they were so on top of the whole situation. It is a great place to stay with wonderful owners!

Great family vacation!

Everything was clean and well maintained! Pools and hot tub were wonderful! Our room was only a few steps to the elevator to our room and then right next to the pool area and beach access when you go to the ground floor! Everyone loved everything about this condo!

This property was all it was advertised to be! The rooms were good size, beds were comfortable, and plenty of space for all nine of us. The balcony was a good size so that we could mostly all be on it together just watching the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped as well. The living room was a good space to just wind down as well. The resort itself was beautiful, family friendly, and all staff were kind and helpful!The hosts were so accommodating and responsive as we ended up getting there earlier than anticipated and they were very kind and helpful with accommodations!

Perfect for a family get away! The space is exactly as pictured and the beach is beautiful! We didn’t spend any time at the pool but if you are looking to do so, it’s off to the side of the building in this tower and wasn’t as ocean front as some other places we’ve stayed. It was nice to have the option of the indoor pool.The fitness center is across the street and was outfitted with anything you need for cardio or strength training. There is roof top tennis across the street however it seemed that you need to have your own equipment and since we flew, this was not an option as far as we could tell.1 of the 2 elevators near us was out of order for our stay however this was not a problem in terms of waiting.The condo itself is exactly as pictured and the balcony view is spectacular-any time not spent on the beach was spent there.It was great to have the full kitchen and laundry on site. My only critique is that the condo sleeps 10 but only 5 beach towels were provided. Since we had flown in, we did not bring these with us so we did need to call to get an additional towel but this was quickly remedied. We also had some cooler nights and the blankets were all pretty thin and we found only one additional blanket. There were plenty of beach chairs for our group and there were also sand toys and goggles available. Overall, we were very happy with the condo, the communication was great and you can’t beat the beach and the view. We’d go back!

Just right for the 9 of us.It was great having our coffee on balcony every morning before going to the beach. Elevators were fast and parking was easy. Had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of towels, soap, and other supplies. Also Ray and Susan were quick to respond. Made for a great family vacation. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.
