Situated near the nation's oldest city of St. Augustine on Florida's sunny east coast is Grand Villas at World Golf VillageÂź, a beautiful resort featuring well-appointed 1-bedroom villa with all the comforts of home for you and your family. This historic area, known for its European charm and Spanish colonial architecture, is also home to the World Golf Hall of FameÂź adjacent to the resort.

A vacation at Grande Villas offers something for everyone. With 43 miles of white-sand beaches nearby, you could choose to enjoy a day of fun-in-the sun splashing in the waters of the blue Atlantic. History buffs will want to explore the narrow cobblestone streets of this former Spanish colonial town, where nearly 5 centuries of history collide in the best way with quaint cafes, inviting bars and restaurants, charming bed and breakfasts, shops, art galleries and more. Ponce De Leon's legendary Fountain of Youth was discovered here near Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the U.S. built by the Spanish in 1672 to protect the city from pirate raids.

St. Augustine is also a mecca for golfers, so don't forget to pack your clubs and take advantage of two championship 18-hole courses designed by legendary golf pros Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. Construction Updates
We will be replacing the attic piping of all guest unit buildings from Feb. 22nd through Oct. 8th, 2021. The project will be completed 9am-5pm. Elevator use may be impacted. From June 14th to June 18th, we will be installing new TVs in Buildings 1 and 2. This project will take place 9am to 5pm. Our vendor will need access to units to replace old TVs for roughly 30 min. per TV. In addition, the pool, spa, and playground areas will be closed Sept. 20th to 28th for upgrades. We are excited to provide upgrades to the resort and every effort will be made to minimize the impact on your stay.

The unit was clean and well stocked with necessities. It has a golf course and water view. Check-in was easy and quick. Staff was professional and friendly. Grounds were very well maintained.

This was our first stay with Bluegreen Properties. The condo was very clean and perfect size for a couple. Separate bedroom from gathering area. Full kitchen with washer and dryer. Communication with property manager was prompt. I highly recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay at World Golf Village. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We stayed in Building 5 on the 4th floor. We had a nice view of the pool. The condo was quite spacious and we really liked that it had a walk in shower and a separate tub. We didn't use it, but it also had a washer/dryer. The furniture was comfy and the kitchen had supplies that were helpful like dish soap and paper towels. The location was about 20 minutes from downtown but there was quite a bit of shopping/restaurants nearby. We found places on our own, since the staff at the lobby didn't provide any extra info. We did enjoy the daily events that were at the lobby/clubhouse like the cookie friday and mimosa sunday. There is a Buccees closeby and we are from TX so it was great to get their brisket and beaver nuggets again! We travelled with family and they stayed in a unit in Building 1 just across the parking lot. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and walking on the dock to watch the turtles swim. Our only complaint is that we all got sick with head colds. We think the vents needed to cleaned and the place had a lot of dust. Fair warning if you have allergies or asthma, this might not be the healthiest place to stay. Considering we stayed in different buildings, it has nothing to do with the unit itself, its clearly the entire building. We noticed other people walking around with the sniffles too.

A nice stay

I spent two weeks here and the villa is nice. It's clean, the bed is comfortable, furnishings are good, etc. The screened in balacony overlooks the golf course and is nice to sit and watch sunsets. You can hear a decent amount of noise around you (such as a young kid literally running around in the villa above you until midnight...). The property/grounds are clean and nice. Pool is heated and large. I had to complete an info form prior to my arrival and then arrived and the staff was confused and seemed frustrated because the name and address didn't match what I had told them when they asked for my name; even though I filled everything out that I was supposed to. I was asked multiple timed if I knew the owner and when I responded no, I was asked how did I find out about BlueGreen then it was as if nobody had ever heard of the vrbo website. Just a tad annoying when you fill everything out in advance and then things don't go seamlessly at check in. Location, it's about 20/30 minutes from the downtown area and such.

Great Location in World Golf Village

Great property right in the middle of World Golf Village. Wonderful large room with a kitchen and all the amenities of home. Would happily stay there again.

Peaceful property

Overall my stay at this property was good. We stayed for three weeks. However halfway through they were gonna make us change rooms because of availability. This was never told to us when we booked. However the property staff worked it out and we did not have too.
