About The Condo
Our Studio (1 room) is 500 sq. ft built in 1982, with walk out patio with a pond, fountain and mountain views. We have a queen Murphy Bed and a Queen Sofa bed (side by side please see photos), a full kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, Coffee Maker, full size fridge, stove, Dining table for four and storage. We include a full set of dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans. The Patio has a (2) small tables and (4) chairs with a small love seat. Grocery store is just across the street. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in Bldg D on the first floor by the elevator and Ice Machine. About the Resort
This condo is located 2 miles outside of downtown Granby, at the base of Granby Ranch. There is a free shuttle ride to Winter Park. The full-service resort has a heated outdoor pool, two indoor and two outdoor hot tubs, sauna, updated fitness center, racquet ball, volleyball, and tennis courts. Gas BBQ’s are scattered throughout and a fire pit near the pond/pool area. In addition we have an in-house arcade, game room, gift shop, hair salon, and on-site quarter laundry. For your convenience, across the street is a City Market grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Subway, McDonalds and a gas station. We regularly see moose & deer here and you are only a 20 minute drive from Trail Ridge Road - the heart of the national park and 20 minutes from beautiful Winter Park!

The staff at the Inn at Silvercreek is happy to answer questions about the area and assist with directions, etc.
Other things to note
We do not provide cleaning services during your stay. This means that you will need to re-use your towels and linens, take out trash if it becomes full, load & unload the dishwasher depending on your use, etc. NO SMOKING in the condo or on the patio (HOA Violation). We have designated smoking areas around complex. Pool towels available at the front desk (Please consider bringing your own pool towels during the pandemic). Please load the dishwasher and start it as you are checking out, if you have any dirty dishes upon check-out. No Pets! Thank you

Very communicative host
Cheryl was flexible with our check-in time. Things were a bit chaotic as we were attending a camp at Snow Mountain Ranch and had to find a place to stay for one night. This place worked out well and the host let us check in early - we had refrigeratables in the car. Very appreciative. Also, I accidentally left my car door open in our rush to unpack and someone from the property came to let us know so good on-site management as well.

Property met most advertised amenities; however, it is a non smoking property that smelled like cigarettes when we arrived. Smell reduced a bit during our 2 night stay but was still present. Poor lighting in the unit and the hinges on the windows were broken making it difficult to ventilate, cool and night and lock for security. Unit has some updates but the property in general is quite dated.
Conveniently located to grocery, the town of Granby and Granby Lake. We enjoyed their near by hiking trails towards Ski Granby and Frasier. Easy access to hiking and moderate trails you could hike or bike.

My family has stayed at Silver Creek Inn since the 1990's. It's starting to show it's age. Swimming pool was not available the first night we stayed. WiFi password and login didn't work. No big deal, needed to unplug for the weekend. I didn't reach out to the owner about issue. I'm sure they would have remedy the issue. Will stay again in future.

Yes, it was built in 1982 (pics provided). Our HOA is constantly upgrading. To include new elevators and now indoor (commons) carpet coming this fall. We love this Resort...it's the only one in the valley with Indoor access to EVERYTHING and has tons of amenities. WiFi does work!! Sorry about the temporary pool closure...with the high demand over the holiday, it needed a good cleaning!

Simple, clean, and plenty to do for all of us
We came up from Denver for the weekend as a family of 4. Check-in and check-out was simple. Cheryl, the property manager , was wonderful and prompt with information. Everything we needed was either on location or a short drive away. Ski Granby Ranch, a small family ski mountain was 5 minutes away. It was perfect and a much needed weekend getaway. The kids loved the arcade and pool/hot tubs. We will return, thank you.
