Ce 500 Sq. Ft. unité de studio est complète avec un lit escamotable queen size et un canapé-lit gigogne avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend tous les appareils, un ensemble complet de plats, une cafetière, un grille-pain et une table à manger. La zone principale a une nouvelle télévision à écran plat avec câble, Wi-Fi, une cheminée en pierre romantique et un canapé et une chaise confortables. La salle de bain spacieuse rénovée a deux lavabos, une vanité en granit et une très grande douche en pierre. Profitez de la vue magnifique depuis le balcon face à la montagne.

Ce condo est situé à 4,8 km du centre-ville de Granby, au pied de la station de ski Grandby Ranch. Il y a une navette gratuite en bus pour Ski Grandby Ranch et Winter Park. Le complexe à service complet possède une piscine extérieure chauffée, deux bains à remous intérieurs et deux extérieurs, un sauna, un centre de remise en forme mis à jour, une raquette, un terrain de volley-ball et des courts de tennis. Les barbecues à gaz sont dispersés partout. De plus, il y a un magasin de location de ski / snowboard, un restaurant, une salle de jeux, une salle de jeux, une boutique de cadeaux, un salon de coiffure et une buanderie sur place. Les services aux clients disponibles 24h / 24 à la réception proposent gratuitement des serviettes de piscine et des traîneaux à emprunter pour la piste de luge juste à l'extérieur du parking. Pour votre commodité, de l'autre côté de la rue se trouve une épicerie City Market, un magasin d'alcools, Starbucks, Subway, McDonalds et une station-service.

The host, Sarah, was fantastic! The amenities were great, condo was in great condition, overall a very good experience. The only hurdle we hit was a lady at the front desk at Inn at Silver Creek by the name of Shauna. Very short with me and seemed like an angry person in general. Other than that, had a great time.

Great place

Room was very suitable and well kept. The amenities were great with the indoor/ outdoor pool, hot tub, racketball ect. The only issue from receiving 5 star was the grout around the rock floor in the shower was worn down and it made it a little uncomfortable to stand in.

The unit is amazing and Sarah is super responsive and helpful. Location is very convenient. 1 min drive to a big grocery store and 3 min drive to the town of granby. Lots of amenities in the resort (although I was too tired to use them). 1 hour drive to the RMNP. Great place to stay.

Perfect Little Place!

This place was perfect for the 3 of us to use when visiting the area. It is located near a grocery and small town so you aren't feeling abandonded in the middle of nowhere. You also get access to amenities and a nice balcony. The place was very clean and the perfect size for the price. We expected to be out and about more but ended up staying in the condo more than expect and it really wasn't too small for the 3 of us adults to enjoy! Definitely perfect for close friends or family for whatever you need on your trip!

Cozy Condo

The condo was awesome & everything was new & updated. There were a lot of little details like pictures, a welcome rug in doorway & rocking chair on the balcony that made it very inviting & relaxing. It was centrally located to many attractions. The host Sarah responded quickly when we had a question. Next time we are in the area we would definitely stay again. Five Stars!!!

Great vacation getaway

My husband and I stayed three nights at Sarah’s place and had the most wonderful experience. Very clean place with updates throughout. The bed was comfy with nice clean sheets and good pillows. Kitchen is fully stocked! We enjoyed the local Chinese restaurant and coffee shops. But location of the condo is close enough to Frasier and Winter Park for more restaurant options and skiing! Sarah was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be back for another visit! Thank you Sarah for a great stay!

Good location

Positive experience. Unit was clean. Check-in/out was easy. Private, quiet. We were there during the summer. Yes, it says apartment, but think of it as a hotel room with a small kitchen. There is no A/C. It was warm at night. This is a ski lodge so no complaints. Probably more of a winter and fall/spring place. Definitely don’t wash or dry your clothes after 9pm. They will lock the laundry room and won’t reopen it. Not mentioned in their rules but there is a small sign on the laundry room door that you don’t notice until it is closed. Ask me how I know. I’d stay there again now that I am familiar with its strengths.

Granby Condo

The inside decor of the condo was cute and updated. It was cold…we couldn’t find a thermostat. The lighter for the fire logs did not work. There was no coffee provided. The shower wasn’t cleaned & the drain was clogged with hair. The main property had a nice pool & hot tub, but overall was not well maintained. The owner was very helpful.

Cute condo and convenient location!

The condo is located in a great area and convenient location. The condo building is older and has some amenities but it is a bit run down. The remodel is very well done and is super cute! Very clean and was equipped with most everything we needed except for baking sheets that fit the smaller-size oven and hot pads. We made due and were able to still cook several meals. We definitely recommend getting a brand new circulating fan especially because there is no air conditioning. The current one works but would randomly get very loud and make noises which made for going to sleep the first night rather difficult. We got used to the quirkiness and had good sleep the rest of our stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee and eating breakfast on the patio balcony. So many hummingbirds come to visit! A few little things that could make a positive difference. Overall we had a wonderful time here!

Location

We were in Granby for my husband to visit a client and to take advantage of the fresh snow at Ski Granby Ranch. The size of the condo was just right for my husband and me. The murphy bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. The fireplace was a definite plus and the provided firelogs much appreciated. The condo is small so I wouldn't think it would work for 4 adults. We didn't cook but if you do, note the stove is an apartment size. There are plenty of dishes and glassware & sufficient pots & pans for cooking a meal. Not so much in the way of utensils or knives. Plenty of towels for our stay and the unit was clean. The condo is in need of some repairs but that didn't affect our stay. We took advantage of the complex hot tub. An appointment is necessary (due to Covid) but not a big deal. Check-in was a breeze and the ladies at the front were very friendly. Communication prior to our stay was excellent! Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Cozy and great location

The condo was fantastic. Updated and well maintained. Big super comfy couch was a hit. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and spacious bathroom. The mattress in the Murphy bed is quite firm. Not a huge fan but that’s a personal preference. The view from the patio is beautiful but can get noisy at times as it’s on the main road. A main reason for our stay was the swimming pool which had unfortunately been drained for cleaning and was not up and running in time for us to use. Property owner did notify us as soon as they were made aware and offered to adjust our visit. We decided to go ahead with our stay and still had a great time with the multiple hot tubs. The arcade inside and the beach in Grand Lake were also great alternative activities. The condo is a bit of a long walk to/from the pool so I advise using the locker/changing rooms there so you don’t have a soggy walk back to your room. Overall a great trip and would absolutely stay again.
