The Upper-Level Suites are conveniently located at ground level with easy access from the parking area, while the Lower-Level Suites, like Suite 11, sit just below, accessible by a short walkway that gently slopes toward the water’s edge.

Lakefront Suite 11 sits just steps from the shoreline, offering peaceful lake views and the soothing sounds of the water. With a cozy one-bedroom layout, two queen beds, a foldout couch, and a futon, this suite provides comfort and flexibility for families or small groups. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor seating by the lake — perfect for unwinding after a day on the water or watching the sunset reflect off Lake LBJ.

Cleaning & Housekeeping

Parking

Check-In & Check-Out
✔ Check-In: 3:00 PM or later (virtual check-in – keys will be waiting inside your cabin)

✔ Early check-in or late check-out may be available with prior approval
($50 for noon checkout or ½ nightly rate until 5 PM)

Guest Access
You’ll have private access to your house, and shared access to the pool, BBQ grills, picnic areas, and lakeside fire pit (subject to Llano County burn bans).
