Pool heat is available for $50/day. Please note: the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. Our electric heater works best above 55°F—colder temps may affect heating performance (common for the area, as most homes do not use gas heaters).

We provide a starter supply of essentials, and full instructions are in the Welcome Book. Please review the full house rules on the listing to avoid any issues or deposit deductions.

Security & Noise
Outdoor security cameras are located at the front and back for safety and to monitor quiet hours. Tampering with them will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
City quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Loud noise may result in a visit from law enforcement and permanent placement on our “Do Not Rent” list.

Occupancy & Guests
Only registered guests are allowed—no exceptions. Unregistered guests or exceeding the guest limit will result in cancellation, a $500 fine, and removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine.
