The spot on the lake is absolutely beautiful. We weren't able to use the fire pit as there was a burn ban in the county. So wish we could have though, it looked like a nice place to sit around a fire. My complaints would be the broken trash compactor, no big deal, I've just never seen one in action before. The dryer takes minimum 4 rounds to dry a small load of clothes. And when asked about the Hot Tub that was mentioned in the listing, the host told me it was in reference to the bath tub with jets in the master bath. He failed to mention the jets dont even work, when I informed the girls of his response they told me there was a note posted by it even stating the jets dont work. Do not book this place if you specifically want a hot tub to use. That was a request from one of our party and we were all willing to pay extra for hot tub and pool access, then we had neither.Do book this place if you'd like a relaxing spot with a great back porch that has private boat dock and immediate lake access. Bonus they have a cool ice maker!

We stayed here a lot in 2020 with the kids when they were in high school, haven’t been back in almost 4 years and truly miss it, It’s the perfect location! We will definitely be back and Mark is amazing!

This was a nice property on Lake Hamilton, my husband and his brother fished everyday and caught and released due to the fish were to small. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Overall the stay was amazing, only few complaints, the jets on the whirlpool didn’t work, and the water wasn’t as hot as I wanted it. Also it was a low temperature of 16 degrees weather and the heat wouldn’t go higher than 72. I’d suggest bringing an electric heater or them providing one as an option for the guests. I’d definitely stay again.

The condo was very, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was provided. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck.

Rest and Relaxation

Hi. Was able to do what we came for. Just resting. The lake was a beautiful backdrop to look at and exhale. Accommodation were great. Everything we needed was within 5mins up the road. Highly recommend this property.
