Ce condo au 11ème étage dispose d'un grand balcon qui surplombe la piscine avec une belle vue sur le golfe. Vous pouvez marcher depuis votre grand salon ou votre chambre principale sur le grand balcon. Ce condo de vacances merveilleux a une chambre des maîtres du roi, une chambre King, et une chambre avec deux lits queen. Aussi un grand canapé-lit dans le salon. L'unité dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, chef convivial avec comptoirs en granit et tous les nouveaux appareils Samsung en acier inoxydable. Vous pouvez profiter du grand jeu ou d'une soirée cinéma en famille sur la grande TV Vizio Smart 55 'dans le salon. Il y a un écran plat de 32 'dans la chambre principale et 26' téléviseurs à écran plat dans les autres chambres. Lecteurs Blu Ray sont dans toutes les chambres et Wi-Fi Wi-Fi dans la chambre des maîtres pour la diffusion de films si vous avez un compte. L'unité a été récemment rénovée avec de nouveaux appareils pour votre commodité. Une baignoire en marbre de luxe dans la baignoire supplémentaire est une mise à jour impressionnante, et la douche avec des jets de corps rend le bain maître un must! Ne pas oublier la piscine intérieure et le bain à remous pour les jours de mauvais temps, et la salle de gym et le sauna si vous respectez une routine saine. Great Location

Great Condo right on the beach. Nice location close to restaurants, shopping and the toll road (which is nice to avoid summer traffic). Large pool was nice for kids when they tired of the beach and sand (or, in our case when there were jellyfish). Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We have stayed at this condo for 6 or 7 times. Always clean and close to places we go to eat and buy food. Beach is super nice and pool is great. Try it, you will like it!

Spacious, clean property with a view - great value!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our vacations at Summerhouse 1103A. The listing pictures did not do the space and view justice. Absolutely beautiful! My family was comfortable, enjoyed the beach and both pools. This property is convenient to everywhere we wanted/needed to go. Dyan set clear instructions and made our stay enjoyable/ easy check-in and out. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect vacation for two families

We had 10 people stay here and we absolutely loved it! It was a perfect place for us with plenty of space, close to good restaurants and stores, and a beautiful view from the balcony! We enjoyed hanging out on beach and had plenty of space for our big group! The owners were so nice, helpful, and quick to respond to questions. The condo had good elevators that were fast. The condo was very clean and we felt good about the way it was taken care of as well! Thanks for a great week spent with our best friends!

Three generations had a wonderful vacation!! Perfect location! Beautiful condo! Well stocked with everything you could need while on vacation!! Very clean! Very comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of space to rest and relax after time on the beautiful beach. We got quick responses from all of our questions about the condo and area. Amazing views

The condo is great and the views are amazing. The hurricane caused issues in the building and neighboring buildings (not this unit) but the host were upfront about it, so it was expected-Mid May 2021. There is still a lot of construction in the area and didn’t allow for either pool to be open. We did have an issue with the door lock but the host took care of it within 15 minutes. (Always important to know how issues are handled). The beach has easy access, the elevators are very fast, close to shopping for groceries and beach gear. We would stay here again and look forward to seeing all the improvements.

Poor housekeeping , dirty floors and windows . Paint and trim needs attention . Couch bed needs replaced !! Bars in the bed make the bed almost unable to sleep on . Looks like a rental! If I were the owner I would hold maint and housekeeping, Maint , and renters accountable for the room!

The renters after you made us aware of the situation while they were actually in the unit and we immediately sent housekeeping back in to clean for them while they were there. We also have made new arrangements going forward. I wish we had known about these issues while you were there instead of finding out in a review.

Beautiful views! Calm and relaxing .

Our stay was great ! Condo was spacious and in good condition. House cleaners could of done a better job before our arrival. Nothing I couldn't clean up myself. Area had everything I needed close. Noisy neighbors and had to crawl over their beach toys to get to our door. That however does not reflect anything on the owners of our condo . They cannot help who stay next door. Overall once inside we lived on the balcony , great views and the condo itself is extremely nice. 'This condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. I would definetly stay again.

This condo has a great layout including 2 King Bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 Queen beds. It has a HUGE balcony with incredible views. It is stocked with everything thing you could possibly need. The amenities at Summer House are also a nice plus - indoor pool with hot tub, gym, sauna, 2 outdoor pools, children's play area, and a grilling area.
