Phoenix Orange Beach II 2404



Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Stunning views from our 24th floor condo with panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, a Queen and Twin over Full bunk in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 13.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We’ve stayed in this condo multiple times and probably will again. The kitchen is well stocked, laundry and wet bar with ice machine are highlights. Elevators were prompt, as this is the 22nd floor. The living room carpet and couches are starting to look dingy and could use a replacement. Beds and bedding are comfortable. View is fabulous. Unfortunately there are no beach/pool supplies onsite provided by the condo owners, so you either need to take them with you, rent them, or buy them there.

We really enjoyed this condo!

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was super clean, it has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay. Our kids loved the bunk beds and easy access to the beach and pool. It had plenty of room for everyone in our family. We definitely stay here again!

Amazing views!

We loved our stay at this property! The lazy river and easy access to the beach were wonderful. Condo was nice, but the linens didn’t feel/look the cleanest. The washer and dryer both didn’t seem to work well. Clothes came out still smelly and then wet after a drying cycle. We weren’t able to use them for the trip.

Family beach vaca

The condo was beautiful the outside lazy river and pool area was really really amazing. Great for all age kids splash pad for little kids waterslide for older kids and the lazy river for everyone Ike’s rental was amazing Nick in particular was our guy all week setting up chairs and umbrellas every day was great, the only complaint that we have is that there was actually dirty dishes in the cabinets the glass casserole dishes, three of them had grease in them and dirty and there was only one kitchen dish towel for the whole week. I thought we could’ve used more for sure a few extra towels would’ve been nice in the bathrooms, but the place overall was amazing and we had a great vacation on the beach Will be back . highly Recommend families with kids all ages we especially enjoyed our dinner at Zeks marina restaurant across the street. Orange Beach/Gulf Shores lived up to its reputation. Emerald Waters, and white Sandy Beach’s!

The lazy River was great for the kids and adults. Access to parking was never a problem and always found a parking spot. Condo had not been cleaned well and the bottoms of our feet turned black every time we walked through it. Internet rarely worked and we often had to use cell phone service to play on our phones and iPads. No keurig so we had to buy regular coffee and filters. Great place but not what we expected at this price point.

Mothers Day Celebration

Mother’s Day was perfect with my adult children and small grandchildren in this spacious unit. There is no rolling pin in the kitchen so I used a cold bottle of beer which worked great! Elevators were efficient with very little waiting. The 24th floor has great views. Bring extra toilet paper and basics such as trash bags, coffee filters, detergents and condiments. We loved the lazy river, indoor pool and beach. 5 adults and 4 children under 8. We made wonderful memories. Enjoyed seeing the pirate ship!

Family beach trip

Enjoy the whole trip & beautiful condo! Indoor pool was not always heated but it was majority of the time. Hot tub was very nice! The outdoor pool/slide/lazy river was fun my children loved! Only problem we had was our dishwasher was not working didn’t realize it till like 3 day in our trip. Texted Jill & she had maintenance come out & look out & replaced dishwasher the next day! Had a lot of fun the whole time we were there & would recommend everyone to stay there! Just bring your own toilet paper/papertowels/dish soap! You only get 1! Condo is finished very beautifully

Great condo on the beach!!

The Phoenix ll condo was amazing! Clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Check in process was easy. The pools and lazy river were kept so clean, the entire property was very clean. Beach access just right off the boardwalk and beach service was great! We would definitely stay here again! Communication was great as well. The only thing I would recommend for future guests is to bring some extra dish towels/rags and dish soap for kitchen.

No complaints was an enjoyable experience all around and the unit was in great condition.My only complaint is the security guard who shut down the water slide almost every day for several hours when he saw kids not following the rules. I get that rules need to be followed, but he handled it extremely poorly and was rude at times. Other than that, great time all around!
