Perfect Vacation Home

The house was perfect for my adult family. Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. The kitchen had plenty of space to cook, eat and play games. Close proximity to everything we needed from food, beach and boat docks. We will be back!

Amazing place for the family !

We just stayed here and had an amazing time. The place felt super clean and fresh, the communication with the host was wonderful and she answered all my questions promptly. The place is down the street from a boat launch and a slip at the restaurant is included. We docked at the marina and ordered food from the restaurant which was delicious as well. The place is also next to a sandy beach, and up the street is a very nice playground for kids. We would absolutely stay here again !

Family Get-together

Sunroom with river view was a big hit. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the location with good restaurants within a short walk. A brief drive to Northeast, a quaint town with even more restaurants and various shops. We look forward to a return trip.

Your house was very comfortable and we appreciated the updated accommodations. The house is ideally situated near the marina and restaurants. We could see the water which was wonderful.Our only suggestion would be to add a couple of more chairs to the living room.We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Owner was super responsive! Our Ladies 10 yr anniversary weekend was fantastic! Great location close to water, shops, restaurants. Only thing i would suggest is be flexible with group seating within the home. We brought extra chairs which we used in the living areas & kitchen to make due. We would definitely stay here again!

UD Graduation Haven

We were 2 sets of proud parents and a sibling of 2 UD grads. We had 6 ceremonies over 4 days. Plenty of space for us, bed/ bathroom privacy, and room to relax. Lovely.

Weekend trip with friends!! Much needed retreat!!

We all came for a Mammoth March and stayed together. This home offered everything we needed to relax and prepare in advance and to unwind and tell our stories after! Thank you for your beautiful home away from home! We were able to cook healthy meals that included fresh seafood and felt refreshed and ready for the challenge ahead of us! Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Lake House

The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is great. The beach and boat launch are a block from the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our family weekend in this home.

Great place for a relaxing weekend

The property is great, feels recently remodeled, and is close to restaurants and marinas! All the bedrooms were spacious and air-conditioned (basically every room had its own AC unit), and the bathrooms were very nice and bright. The sun-room, screened porch, and patios were all great too!

Outstanding Property in Charlestown

The property was as advertised and even better. The bathrooms have been updated and are beautiful. The bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Great location next to The Wellwood. Will come back again!

Wonderful for multiple families!

Great place for multiple families to stay. Property was clean and had the basics- appreciated the welcome binder. Spacious and bathroom showers were fantastic.
