Located in Elk Neck, this home is near the Chesapeake Bay, Elk Neck State Park as well as Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Plenty of places to park your boat, full size RV or any other toys you may bring with you.
Close to water and plenty of hiking locations.
This adorable and well built contemporary home is completely remodeled and upgraded throughout.
This home is ready for you to sit back, relax and enjoy!
The space
Home is set on over 4 acres of land with plenty of open space to enjoy. Full kids play set as well as a sandbox for kids to enjoy. There is also a set space to have a camp fire to roast marshmallows. We have added a park style grill near the fire pit, as well as the necessary cookware for it. The backyard has plenty of room for tents and inflatables if desired they are available locally.

Welcome to this charming house in Elkton. This terrific property features 3 bedrooms - 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers. The living room offers an additional sleeping space with a cozy sofa bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, heating, AC, iron, and a washing machine. Rental had all of the necessary items (pots, plates and flatware) that we needed on our trip. Grand-kids enjoyed playing with the toys and on the outside play equipment.

Great hole for our family to visit local family and celebrate Thanksgiving. Beds were comfortable house was clean and there were even Christmas lights and a tree up. So sweet. We enjoyed the fire pit and just hanging out.

House is very private, layout is very cool, and had everything we needed. House needed a little TLC. One ceiling fan upstairs was unusable due to the extreme wobble after being turned on even the low setting, and some of the doors needed to be adjusted on the hinges. Overall nothing too bad, a day of work would get the house to 5 stars. Great deal, very cheap for what you get.

The place was great and the owner was so sweet! The only thing I would say as a negative is the house needs a little work and I didn’t realize the deck was the front door but overall very nice!

House was clean and equipped with with the essentials including clean linens and coffee pods. Beds were comfortable. Property description says house was remodeled and updated but the appearance does not support that claim. The house shows lots of wear on the furniture, walls and doors. Interior doors do not ope s and close properly, closets are missing doors with exposed ductwork and forst floor ceili g shows peeling paint. Living room furniture needs to be replaced as the sofa's arm is becoming detached and the cloth cover is stained. Chairs are very uncomfortable. If you are looking for a place to rest your head for a night or two like we were this house might work for you.

This house could use a good cleaning and a paint job. There is mold in the downstairs bathroom.Furniture old and not inviting to sit on. The upstairs in better shape but also could use some repairs ( fan in bedroom). We left the next day as we did not want to spend another night. The outside setting was very nice.

Although it was just for a late overnight stay, the house was perfect for our needs. Clean, with hospitable, accommodating host!

Disgusting home

The home was very dirty, carpets not clean, stain of some sort on the couch when we arrived. No paper towels, knapkins. Found 2 roaches. No TV. Furniture very outdated and uncomfortable. Left a day early as not comfortable in the home. Would not recommend this home to anyone.

Nice place, could use some maintenance work done. One fan in upstairs bedroom is very noisy and wobbly. A remote for the downstairs light/ fan missing so could not turn the 2nd light on. Maybe put a box of matches in the house so you could start a fire in the fire pit. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs bathroom door knob about ready to fall off.

Peaceful home, wonderful location - don’t forget your Deet!

Beautiful location in the middle of Elk Neck State Park. We slept comfortably and enjoyed our stay. Heads up for travelers (esp city folk!) with small children, don’t forget the tick repellent. We found one on our son who had played in the yard for a short time.
