Beautiful Home - Short Walk to Private Beach / Central AC

Enjoy this beautiful, modern, 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home located in the private family-oriented community of Popponesset. The house is steps away from the private Popponesset Beach. You will be given a beach pass by the homeowner to access the beach.

The first floor’s open concept is ideal for building memories with family and friends. The living/dining area includes a large granite counter-top island, kitchen with high-end appliances, dining area and living area with a flat screen TV. Step outside onto the porch to enjoy the fresh air, grill on the new barbecue, play lawn games in the private back yard, or use the outdoor shower to wash the sand away. The first floor also includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The master bedroom is located on the upper level with an en-suite bath and an oversized deck to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktails as you gaze outwards towards Popponesset Beach. The upper level also includes 2 additional spacious bedrooms and a full bath.

The home’s amenities include central air conditioning, ample parking, washer and dryer, dishwasher, high-powered internet, beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon, a gas grill, and all linens and towels.

Conveniently close to the Marketplace, where you can enjoy lobster rolls, a cold drink, ice cream, shopping, mini golf and concerts. Stroll to the Popponesset Spit to visit another beach. Mashpee Commons is short drive away where more shopping and restaurants await.

Great Property Near the Beach

We were a three-generation family that loved this place. A real favorite of our group was the Popponesset Spit Beach, a great quiet beach and a wonderful sand walk to the end of the spit and back!

Beach House Gem

This house was a gem in every way: pristine condition with modern upgrades, well-equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. Proximity to beach was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot! And the communication was great too!

Great house in a great setting

Popponessett is the best! This house has all the space and amenities you would want. The beach chairs, toys, and umbrella were perfect. We used the grill a bunch. You can’t go wrong with this house!

Beautiful, clean home with the perfect layout for making memories

We rented Shaun’s house for a family visit that included three generations. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and bedroom. We really enjoyed the open living room/kitchen area where we could all sit and talk after dinner or over coffee in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was so refreshing to rent a house that had everything we needed, from beach chairs and towels to linens and bath towels. The house is beautifully decorated and clean! We hope to come back another time soon -thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect Stay!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous home in Popponesset Beach. The house is beautifully decorated, in pristine condition and truly exceeded our expectations. The open concept first floor is spacious and sun-filled, and we loved the large back deck which was perfect for family meals. The bedrooms are very comfortable, offered lots of room for our family to spread out and we loved being able to see the beach off the second floor porch. Everything we needed was thought of and provided – it made our stay so easy. The home is incredibly well-stocked, from the kitchenware, bath necessities, extra sheets and pillows, beach toys and chairs, lots of bath and beach towels, even books and toys for kids (which our young girls loved)! The proximity to the beach is amazing, too - just a block away, and a very short and easy walk to all the best spots in Popponesset including the playground and Poppy’s Place with cafes, cute shops and mini golf. The host is fantastic – very responsive, friendly and accommodating – which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Our stay was perfect – and we couldn’t recommend this home more!

Beautifully maintained house near the beach!

This house was perfect for a large family. It was beautifully maintained and clean. It had a well stocked kitchen for a beach vacation, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The bedroom and bathroom layout are perfect to accommodate a large family staying there. The kitchen, dining area and seating area are spacious and don't make you feel crowded. The back yard is private, lovely and provides great outdoor eating area or game playing area. Having close access to the beach was perfect for our family. Shaun was very responsive to any questions or needs. Loved this house!

Perfect stay in Popponesset

This house was perfect for our family's trip to Popponesset. Very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 3 + grandparents. The kitchen was perfect. We also enjoyed grilling and spending time on the deck. We had many beautiful short walks to the beach in the evening and even walked to the Marketplace in the mornings for coffee. Highly recommend.

Great house in a quaint private beach community

The house could not have been in a more perfect location. We were centrally located on the cape which allowed us to explore all parts of the cape (Ptown, Chatam, Falmouth, etc.). Short walk to the private beach and short drive to nearby Popponessett Inn/Eateries {The Raw Bar}. Shaun provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this property.

Great beach house

This house is recently renovated and in excellent condition. The location is great, very close to a private beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The house has everything you might need on a beach vacation, including beach chairs and umbrellas. We definitely want to come back next year!

Wonderful stay with my extended family

We have 3 children and rented this home with my siblings and their spouses. The property was exactly as described and was fully stocked with everything we needed down to the beach wagon and toys. Shaun the owner was so easy to communicate with and was very helpful throughout the stay. Bedrooms were spacious and my bed in the primary bedroom was so comfy! Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding Summer Rental

July 2021 This property is a very special summer beach house rental. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and includes excellent amenities. A special benefit is the 5 minute walk to the private Popponesset beach. It is clear the owner takes pride in maintaining his home, and wants his guests to enjoy their vacation. We look forward to our return visit.
