This property is perfect for a girls trip!Super cute with plenty of room. A nice deck with a beautiful view of the Ocean! Close to shops and places to eat. We had a great time!

Unfortunately my 3 daughters and I did not enjoy this experience. The entire unit (upstairs and downstairs, especially the bedrooms) had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I notified the owner immediately upon check in. And although her cleaners found matches on the floor, she completely dismissed me. She told me she’s never had a complaint of smoke, no one ever smoked in that unit, her daughter and son in law just stayed there and left that morning and they don’t smoke. The smell was so strong my 12 year old even complained about it… The walls in the bedrooms were pretty dirty and the shower curtain was full of mold. I understand we paid for the location, but for the money spent I expected a more pleasant experience than that. Pretty disappointing.

I am sorry this tenant had duch a disappointing stay. When she called me about the smell of smoke I merely told her that nobody had ever complained of this and that my daughter and her family had been there for two weeks prior to her arrival and they absolutely do not smoke. I suggested the smell might be coming from the fires in Canada, cause I was experiencing it at me home as were most people. But she insisted it was cigarette odors. As for cleanliness the house is cleaned thoroughly before each rental and my cleaners did not say anything about finding matches. I did not dismiss her complaint, but her insistence was beyond my control. Most people love their time at the unit. Location is great!

Great weekend stay!

We had a great visit. This unit is in a perfect location with great views of the water. You can walk to the beach in just a few minutes. You can also walk over to the marketplace and it’s a short drive to many shops and restaurants. We hope to stay again sometime!

Great location

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The owner was so helpful and communicative. We loved the location. We really appreciated the two minute walk to the beach and quick walk to the Poppy Market which we visited daily for morning coffees and dinner. The water views off the back patio were beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent accommodations in Cape Cod

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute townhouse in New Seabury while staying in Cape Cod for 4 days in September. We loved sitting out on the patio in the evenings to eat dinner--so beautiful. The townhouse has everything you need and it is in a lovely part of Cape Cod. Hope to come back some day!

wonderful beach house get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the best part being drinking our coffee out on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The warm breeze and beautiful scenery were so uplifting. The beach house was decorated lovely. We will be back.

Great location!

We loved staying at this townhouse. The setup and size worked out great for my family with two small kids. I loved sitting out and reading on the patio that overlooked the ocean. The location was amazing -just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed biking to dinner twice and enjoying all that the Marketplace has to offer. We hope to stay again someday!
