This condo is a 2 bed, 2 bath, with amazing oceanfront views, located right on Hollywood Boardwalk. It has an unobstructed ocean view, and you can hear the relaxing sound of waves clearly from your living room and balcony! It has an oceanfront pool and direct beach access! It is a perfect location that stays very quiet, but is steps away from the heart of the action near Margaritaville Resort. You are steps away from many waterfront restaurants on the ocean and intercostal, locally owned shops and stores, fun bike rentals, and the water taxi that goes to Las Olas and Fort Lauderdale! You will not be disappointed with this condo.

-Upon booking, you will be asked for the best e-mail to reach you and you will be contacted via e-mail to sign a vacation rental agreement and to send a copy of your Driver's License

-Go to www.HollywoodFL.org to read the City of Hollywood Ordinances. Booking this unit is acknowledgement that you've read & agree to these ordinances. There will also be a copy of the City of Hollywood, FL Ordinances located in the unit for your review, as well. Lastly, in the vacation rental agreement you will sign, will include a statement that you must acknowledge that you have read and agree to these ordinances.


-All information about accessing the unit and parking will be provided in an e-mail prior to your arrival
-Please keep in mind, there is everything you would need in the kitchen for cooking, except an oven. There is NO oven in the unit.
-This unit is on the 5th floor accessible by an elevator and stairwells
-A washer and dryer is available for your use, located on the first floor. The washer and dryer operate for a small fee and can be paid for by a debit/credit card.
-There is a TV in the open living room/kitchen and TV’s in each of the bedrooms (3 TV’s total)
-CITY ORDINANCE 100.02: UNREASONABLY LOUD NOISE IS PROHIBITED
-the provided parking space is tight, and no bigger than a mid size SUV is allowed. No Trucks or Large SUVs (like a suburban). The vehicle cannot be more than 176 inches long.
