Located in the gated community of The Villages at New Smyrna Marina, this brand new construction 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath home offers a full-service marina, restaurant, pool, and hot tub. This "key-west style" home is just 1 mile from Flagler Ave, beach entrance, and 2 miles from The Garlic. The spacious home offers 3 bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom, as well as an upstairs and downstairs balcony to take in the views complete with an outdoor grill.

The space
Enjoy this clean, new construction home in the gated community of The Villages at New Smyrna Marina, steps from Outriggers Tiki Bar and Grille and New Smyrna Marina. Guests have access to boat slip rentals, boat rentals, a heated pool, and hot tub.

The main level includes a 2 story foyer with a bright staircase, a powder bathroom, a large kitchen with a gas stove and a walk-in pantry, and a living room. Off the living room enjoy your own private patio with dining table and grill.

Upstairs features a laundry room with stackable washer/dryer and 3 spacious bedrooms each with their own attached bathroom and wall-mounted TV.

Wonderful Relaxing Time!

We chose to stay at the Village because of it's proximity to everything in New Smyrna Beach, yet it was great just to stay at our place. The pool, Outriggers restaurant, bar, music, and beautiful surroundings were perfect for our week with 8 mos old grandbaby. I highly recommend this townhouse.

Perfect quick family vacay

The property had amazing amenities and easy check in process. We also rented a slip at the marina for our boat. Outriggers has delicious food and the pool was so nice for the kids. The property is pretty updated compared to the others on site and has everything you will need for a wonderful vacation.

Awesome Property

This house is absolutely beautiful and in a great area! Only 15-20 min walk to beach and property pool was great. Having the Outrigger Restaurant close was a plus. This house was top notch and we will definitely rent again!

Get away weekend

Great place to stay if you are looking to play on the water. All you need in one place. So much to do in and around the small town of New Smyrna.. boating, beach, dinning. We are looking to book next year!

Superb facility that fit our needs perfectly. Great food at Outriggers restaurant just steps away. Will stay there again

The property was clean, well maintained, very comfortable, great location, and had no negatives. I would stay there again. It is maintained as a resort. We rented a golf cart and explored the entire area with easy access to the beach and restaurants. 5 stars!

Family time with kids who live out of State!

We were a family of 6. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. First floor spacious and room for all. Enjoyed bbq snd sitting outside on patio. Great location, pool and great restaurant!!!! 5 min ride to ocean.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!

This house blew me and my friends and families expectations out of the water! The house itself was beautiful, super clean, and the location was perfect! You’re literally on the same property as Outriggers restaurant and bar which is great because you can walk there. The host, Stephanie, was great as well! She answered right away if I had any questions. I can’t recommend this place enough! My friends and I are already looking forward to planning another trip here soon.

We recently stayed with my wife - 2 kids -brother and his fiancé. We chose this based on Location your parents who live in NSB. Golf cart ride away over the bridge- location was perfect. We absolutely loved the house, perfect amount of space for our group and having Outriggers right there - awesome restaurant and bar. Overall place was clean and better than advertised. Would recommend to anyone!

Great vacation

We lived in Winter Park half a one-year-old baby wanted to do something close by. House was beautiful great location. The restaurant on the development is very good. I walk two houses down to the tiki bar and have a drink overlooking beautiful day. We had an issue with the HVAC and was taken care of immediately. The property manager was great. The house was stocked with it essentials too like paper towels, toilet paper, which is nice some of these rentals have nothing my friends came in from New York and the property next-door. Have a great time and look forward on returning.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for our wedding weekend with my husband and his grown sons. We could not have asked for more. We were aware we may need to purchase food and other items, but had extras from previous customers. The property manager Stephanie was always right there with any questions we sent to her. We hope to stay again one day (though we live in Cocoa, NSB is our hometown and it was perfect for our 5 day, 4 night wedding weekend!

Amazing 3days

We arrived at 2am and the unit had not been cleaned. We called and left Stefanie a message and within 5 minutes she was at the door moving us a few doors down to another unit exactly thee same. The next morning my wife and I were sitting down by the waterfront and Stefanie came over with a $50 gift card to the restaurant on site. Now that is Five-Star service!!!! Units were immaculate and very well stocked. Will definitely be staying here again!!!

Great house
just not clean.

Terrific house, this was our second year in a row booking this property. Sadly this time the house wasn’t really prepared and cleaned prior to our visit. Lots of food crumbs in all the kitchen and bar chairs, and lots of long hairs on the floors of the bathrooms
disgusting! All the liquid hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms were mostly water and not liquid soap
really, is there a liquid soap shortage I don’t know about??The house and location are great though
we didn’t let the dirt and leftover human hair detract from our trip though!

Everything was great. We love staying at this beautiful home. The only problem we had was the same as a year ago the clothes dryer does not work very well. But other than that it was great.
