Very nice stay

The house is laid out well and very nice, clean. The fenced in back yard a plus for being pet friendly. All was very good and comfortable. Road is a bit tricky.

Perfect vacation

This was the first time we stayed at a cabin and it was wonderful. My family and I had a great time. We even brought our Australian Shepherd who really enjoyed the fenced in yard. The cabin owners were very informative and kind. We would love to stay here again, someday in the future.

Perfect Cabin

This is our second stay and won't be our last. We love the fenced in backyard with the firepit and porch with grill. The cabin is very convenient with short drives to all of the great places Gatlinburg has to offer. I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay!!

Most cabins I’ve been to have treacherous gravel access roads, so I was very happy that this access road was all paved and not too windy. The house was the perfect amount of space, and they had everything we needed to cook and relax in the house. The home is also very close to civilization, so you don’t have to drive too far out of the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice cabin

The cabin was nice. The only thing that I really noticed was when we got there a smell was lingering in the kitchen. Im thinking that is was were the guess maybe had left something in the fridge. We arrived a little early and the owners were cleaning so maybe the smell didn’t have a chance to clear. After awhile we didn’t smell it anymore. The owners were nice upon their departure. I would stay here again. The fenced yard and big back porch was really nice.

Some what decieving

The house was pretty clean but not extremely clean. The road getting to the cabin was very steep and for someone from out of the area, it was very scary. This should be told to future renters. This dish washer did not work and the backyard was not friendly for older people.

Cabin

The overall cabin was great with a few shortcomings. The hot tub was not the cleanest and the jets only worked on low and medium so not all the jets worked. The two bedrooms downstairs do not have ceiling fans, so if you are use to sleeping with a ceiling fan, you will be uncomfortable. Other than those two things, we enjoyed the cabin

Perfect Location Close Yet Secluded

The cabin was perfectly located and provided a secluded peaceful atmosphere. The hose even had the house decorated for our visit, which was an unexpected touch that made our stay even better. The house had a fenced in yard for our furry friends and the hottub on the deck was delightful. The beds were super comfortable and the living area was large. The kitchen appliances all worked and was well stocked. There was a washer/dryer upstairs off the master bedroom. The deck off the master also provided a nice quiet reading area. Internet worked well, with no lag.. House was clean and the host answered all our questions, very quickly. The road up to the cabin is wooded and narrow. The town of Pigeon Forge is about 2 miles, location is close to all entertainment.

Excellent property

The house was very much as described. It was clean when we arrived. The hot tub was very nice to relax in the evening. The hosts allowed us to bring our cats, who loved laying at the door and enjoying the sound and smells. Three notes for future renters (none of these would stop us renting this property again): 1. Sound travels VERY well. Every conversation happening in the main downstairs area can be heard upstairs. Hope you're not trying to sleep in while the rest of the house is up. 2. The roads, especially the one to the house, are quite steep in places. All the roads are fully paved and in great condition. Anyone staying in the winter would need 4x4 and/or chains, if there is any snow or ice. 3. The house has internet service but it is fairly slow. Using a phone hotspot was easily 2-3 times faster. Also, it went out several times during our stay (not an issue for us). 100% would rent this place again if we make another trip to the area. Amazing house and hosts.

Pretty Good, needs a deep clean

We stayed over the holiday. I’m not sure if the cleaning crew was rushed, but there were several issues with cleanliness upon arrival. There were fruit loops under the master bed, someone’s socks under another bed, and the sheets were questionably clean. One bed had lots of dog fur in it - we expected some dog fur since this place is pet friendly, but the amount in the master bedroom made us question if the sheets were actually washed. We couldn’t find the living room remote, which ended up being in the pull out couch we intended to use as a bed, but under the cushions there were tons of crumbs. The upstairs shower still had hair in it from previous guests, and it drained pretty slow. The cabin could really use a good deep clean, especially under the furniture and in the sofa. We were not automatically provided the check-in/check-out info as stated in the cabin’s description; I waited but ended up having to ask for both the night before arrival and night before departure. Thankfully the host is very responsive. We appreciated the fenced in backyard for our small dogs. If the cabin had a good cleaning we would consider staying again.

Great cabin with fenced in dog lot

Our family of 5 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs enjoyed this private cabin nestled in the woods. It is the perfect cabin for those who need a pet friendly home with a fenced in yard. The owners were very helpful!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean, located up the mountain in a quite area. We sat outside at night and just listened to the little stream and waterfalls that run through the mountain. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs. Make sure you heed the owners warning in regards to the steepness of the road to get to the house especially if you are not used to driving on mountain roads.

Great rental home

We were their for a family wedding. The house and fenced in yard were great. My two grandchildren and there small dog could come in and out as they wanted and we did not have to be on bear watch when ever they were outside. It was great to have two decks, hot ttube and a large fire pit. I would stay there again.

Fall Vacation

My husband and daughters, as well as their boyfriends, had plenty of space in this nice house in the woods! The location was nice to be away from the busy crowds but close enough to everything!
