‱ Are you ready for a modern rustic getaway to the mountains? Cabin on Summer Lane is the perfect balance between secluded mountain living and convenience to all of the area’s attractions!
‱ This cabin sleeps 8 people and has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and all the desired comforts of a home away from home.
‱ Cabin is cozy but spacious and includes a brand-new luxury hot tub, downstairs master, private deck with views, 4 Roku TVs, and is a great home base for a visit at any time of the year!
‱ Newly-installed electric fireplace allows for quick enjoyment of a warm, cozy fire.
‱ Children (and adults) will enjoy the arcade system with 60+ old school arcade games.
‱ While we are in the mountains and have a view, there are no scary roads to navigate on the way!
‱ Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles
‱ Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, dishware, utensils, etc. No dishwasher.
‱ No stairs to access the main floor of the cabin! That's right, just one step up from the car to the cabin, making it easily accessible after a long day of traveling.
‱ High speed 1GB Wi-Fi, which is great for remote work or school.
‱ Newly installed water filtration system for the whole house!
‱ Also, the cabin has a new hot water heater, and water is HOT!
‱ There is a fire pit at the cabin for your use! (Please note that Sevier County only allows open burning between May 15 and October 15 each year.)

By far, this has been the cleanest cabin we atayed in. We could have liked a better view.. Do you happen to own other properties for future stays. We visit there every year for spring break.

Enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was lovely. The master bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well; no backaches! It was clean and everything was easy access. It was about 15-20 minutes to town, which was perfect! Thoroughly enjoyed the quiet! I was able to reach out to the owners and got an immediate response.

Perfect size and location

The cabin was the perfect size for the four of us. My partner and I were celebrating our November birthdays with a trip with the kids. My kids loved having the second floor all to themselves. The arcade game was a big hit for my son. He played it each morning!! The view was nice and the cabin was very clean. We never had to contact the owners with any issues. Thanks so so much! We will book this location again!!

Premium property with an amazing view!

This cabin has everything we wanted and then some! There were games, puzzles, a pool table, fireplace, and of course the amazing hot tub on the deck. It was the perfect spot to watch the stunning sunrises and sunsets while enjoying a cup of coffee or wine. All items we needed were provided. We took time to enjoying baking cookies and making memories. It is is just far enough away to be quiet and serene, but close enough that you don't have to drive far to get to the strip. Everything was freshly cleaned and in perfect order. The owners were great at communicating. We never needed anything but we were comforted knowing they were at the ready if we did. My family voted this the best vacation so far! Thanks for a great time! We plan to stay again in the future!

Total disaster

First of all the pictures are deceiving as it seemed the cabin was bigger and nicer. The entire laminate floor was sticky. The water gets burning hot. The ac thermostat is hyper active to where 71 feels like 65 at times and 73 at others! When you try to adjust it, it takes 10 minutes to change. The hot tub had nasty junk in it and when the man came to clean it he acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I left my teen sons to see through and they confirmed he emptied it and filled it up but didn’t scrub clean it ! The floors and beds are very creaky and the walls are thin. The pull out bed is broken. 3 of six outdoor chairs are broken. We had to ask for extra towels as they gave us 6 large towels (one for each of us). Two front porch chairs are missing cushions. When a curtain rod fell the owner wouldn’t change it even though it was broken. The master shower had a small glob of blond hair stuck to the wall.

Cozy Cabin on Summer Lane

We had a great trip!! The cabin was clean and fairly close to everything! My husband and son enjoyed the pool table when we were at the cabin. I loved the hot tub! The owners were very helpful and checked in frequently. I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Family and Parents

I took my family and my parents for a short stay in this cabin. We were there for 4 full days. We really enjoyed our family time in this cabin. It was very clean and stocked. I did fix a thanksgiving meal and wish some of the dishes would have been a bit upgraded, but that's not something you would expect. It is definitely a nice cabin. The owners were very easy to work with. I would definitely stay in one of their properties again!

House is a little small for more than six. It’s close to Pigeon Forge. Driveway is steep but flat at parking area. Well stocked. Owners quick to respond and very pleasant to work with!

Julie & Seth fell in love with this property for many reasons. It is the perfect getaway from the city, while also being convenient to all of the area attractions. The house has a welcoming, cozy, rustic vibe, and plenty of privacy.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This property is unique because it has plenty of parking space, and no scary roads to access the cabin. Julie & Seth wanted to feel like they are IN the mountains, not falling OFF a mountain! A strong Wi-Fi connection was a must-have since they both work remotely.
