Definitely needs some TLC on the property and it wasn’t super clean. The trash definitely had t been taken down for over a week and the table was covered in watermelon seeds. Other than that it was clean. I did try to tidy it a bit more and I made sure the trash was taken down . With some tlc this place could definitely be rented for more money. Overall though I’d definitely stay there again.

The place was still dirty upon check in, my son’s barefoot feet were black from the floor, there was hair on the bedsheets. The pool needs some updates, screen was ripped, some of the tvs only work with dvd player. We had to purchase Roku devices to watch tv. My family fit well in the property, it was very spacious. There was plenty of cookware, could use more large bowls. The grill wasn’t clean at all.

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback and for noting the space and cookware. I am very sorry about the cleanliness issues and the condition of the pool area, grill, and TVs; this is not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments about the floors, bedding, grill, and needed updates will be shared with our cleaning and maintenance teams for immediate review and correction. We will also look into adding more large bowls and improving the TV setup so guests do not need to bring or buy extra devices. Your input helps us improve, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

Great house in a good location

The house was great and close to many attractions. Only a short drive to a beautiful beach. House was well furnished with TONS of space. Each person had their own bed which made for more rested days. The pool was great for when we weren't at the beach. Highly recommend!

Nice large home for a big family

We rented this as a place for a multi generational vacation. The home was more then roomy for 11 people. You must like cats as a sweet neighbor cat came to visit us and we just loved it. If we return to Gulf Shores with our large group again we will try and book this home again.

Great property, great experience

It was so hard to leave! My family and I visited so that I could attend my graduation. The amenities were great, the property was beautiful and wonderfully maintained. There were plenty of linens and towels available. I paid for the heated pool option and when initially it was not turned on, but when I reached out, they responded immediately and reimbursed me for the days that the heated pool was not on. Overall it was a great experience.

Everything was nice. Little to far away from the beach. Only had a 40 cup coffee pot , or KCUPS, needs a 10 cup coffee pot. Had to go buy one for the week.

Thank you for your review. We are a bit confused on a rating of a 1, as you stated everything was nice. This property is advertised as 15 minutes driving distance to the beach. There are three coffee pots. The Keurig, a 12 cup Mr. Coffee, which is in the pantry, and the 40 cup coffee maker. If ever you do visit with us again and something is not available we have customer service 24/7 available.
