Just a short gently-sloped walk down to your own private boat-friendly dock, you'll have everything you need to complete your lake getaway!

Chasing some shade or some great BBQ? We’re just 5 minutes from downtown Hartwell shopping & dining!

Our home is a great place to getaway without being too far away and only a gently sloped short walk to the lake. You'll never want to leave!

This house worked out very well for our family. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. It had everything that we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the squirrels and birds. Delivery is available to the house from Door Dash, Uber Eats and Walmart. The hosts were easy to contact and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Blessed!

Can’t say enough how accommodating the host was to get us checked in so quickly after hurricane Helene. We had lost power and all of our food with 2 littles and still had to continue working despite having no internet/charging compatibility. We were so blessed to have stumbled upon this listing/host and it was better than we could’ve imagined. Nice little getaway that my family enjoyed despite our circumstances.

Amazing lake house!

We really enjoyed our weekend here! The accommodations were perfect, very comfortable, and clean. The kids loved the selection of toys and games to play with. We will definitely be coming back!

Great View!

Had a wonderful time! Enjoyed the beautiful view from the dock and being on the deep water. Host was very quick to respond and helpful. Will defiantly stay again.

fun week but house needs some upkeep

Great lake dock where we spent most of our time. House is older and back right bedroom had mildew smell with some mold in hall bathroom. Recommend a good cleaning of house inside and out. Need a vacuum for tenants to use. Did have ants and two palmetto roaches in kitchen area during the stay. Also, grass needs cut as it was about 12" tall with grass seed talons and dandelions. Overall fun week, but it was the dock that makes the stay worth it.

Beautiful Property

We loved the house and the dock. Early morning fishing from the dock. Beautiful views from the full window doors all along the back of the house including the master bedroom.

Great Family Spot!

My wife and I entertained out two adult kids and their spouses. We took our boat and had a blast! The boat ramp at the Dam Rec Facility worked out great! The water was less busy at this end of the lake. The covered boat dock is awesome as well! Don’t have to worry about keeping a cover on the boat. The only downside if there is one would be the distance to the water. Seems to be about 125-150 yards, but once at the waterfront you can easily spend the day down on the dock! Great stay and already planning the next trip!

Summer kick off

Beautiful house, plenty of room for kids to play outside, great 2 story dock with boat ramp only a few minutes away by boat and car! Have stayed at this house twice and hope to book again!

Amazing stay

We loved the roominess, comfort, and views at this property! The beds were oh so comfy, the showers were rejuvenating, and the kitchen has all we needed to cook a nice big breakfast. The dock was relaxing to sit at and do yoga, and also a perfect size for our boat! The host was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful host and home. So many great things to say about this place. Clean, great/easy location, double dekcer dock for shade, fully stocked withcall we needed. Had extra family during thr day and there was plenty of room. Thank you for the great memories.
