Grand 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain maison de style artisan sur un paisible lac Hartwell avec un quai couvert prÚs de la ville et à une minute de la rampe de mise à l'eau. La maison offre beaucoup d'espace pour se divertir avec une cuisine ouverte sur le salon, une grande terrasse arriÚre parfaite pour les grillades, un porche grillagé et un sous-sol fini avec bar et télévision connectée à grand écran. Le maßtre au rez-de-chaussée contient une reine, les chambres à l'étage contiennent un roi et une chambre d'enfants avec deux ensembles de lits superposés, et le sous-sol a également une chambre queen et une salle de bain séparées. L'arriÚre-cour mÚne à un quai couvert privé avec une vue spacieuse sur le lac.

The house was a little hard to find, especially arriving after dark but it was exactly what we were looking for, a family reunion far away from busy life. The house is perfect for family gathering, very clean, charming and spacious, the outside is beautiful right by the lake. We enjoyed our long weekend with fishing, BBQ’s, bonfire and family time.

Beautiful Home

There were afew items that needed repaired so we took pictures and videos of those items so you would not charge us for those things that were broken before we arrived. I made it a point that all members of our were aware of of all your requests on how to treat your home We just wish whoever was before us did the same . The grill was terribly dirty so we had to pick up some disposable grill plates to make it usable The handle on the stove was coming off and one of the refrigerator crisping boxes were broke. Also there was the lower set of stairs rung that was broken at the top was sticking out. A couple of the guys in our group fixed the oven handle and the stair rung on the decks lower stairsad sllower runkwaware of

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This lake house was perfect for our family vacation. It's on a quiet spot on lake Hartwell and is very close to the downtown area of Hartwell. Everyday was spent at the dock swimming and fishing. The house is very well stocked with kitchen appliances and bedding. The host was very responsive to my messages and gave detailed instructions on everything. We will definitely be back.

Great weekend of downtime

This house allowed several generations of family to come together for a long weekend and really not leave the house. There were gathering spaces on the main floor and lower level, there was plenty of space outside for the littles to roam, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, dishware, and small appliances. Fall Break Getaway

We had such an amazing few days at this property. Our college girls were able to meet us for the long weekend. The location is close to town and Hartwell has such a cute downtown area. We kayaked a little, but just enjoyed being together and relaxing. We walked/ran miles and miles over the few days we were there. The only complaint we had was the lack of washcloths. There was one per bathroom. Other than that, we had a great trip!!!

August Lake Time

This place was great! The Goff's were always attentive with any and all details. Five hundred and fifty mile one way drive was worth it. Very comfortable home! A good time was had by all! Hope to stay at Paula's Place again!

Room for Everyone

This property was all we needed for our annual getaway with friends. we had 3 couples and 5 kids. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. We enjoyed the fire pit, the screened porch and made several meals in the kitchen. The dock is very private with little activity. We used the kayaks to row up the cove which ended in a creek and saw wildlife. We enjoyed swimming around the dock which has 6-8 feet of water. We rented a pontoon boat and was able to pull it right up to the dock. Lovely stay and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location for family vacation

The property was quiet and beautiful. Our children loved swimming and fishing off the dock. The swing on the dock was my personal favorite! House was wonderfully equipped and was the perfect size for vacation with extended family. The weather was a bit rainy so the screened in porch was perfect for enjoying the outside weather without getting drenched! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

We bought this house several years ago for our eventual retirement, so we would have a chance to return home to Georgia more often. At the time, we were living in Ohio with our two children, and we felt that investing in a future retirement lake house was a great way to see our family more and build memories with our kids while they are still young.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose Lake Hartwell because it is a beautiful lake situated between two unique college towns and is perfect for both fishing and recreational boating. One of the reasons why we chose this house is because we wanted a place that would comfortably accommodate multiple friends and family members and provide a great space for entertaining. Lastly, we were looking for a place in the city of Hartwell because we wanted to offer guests the convenience of being centrally located to local shops and amenities.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You may notice if you rent the house that it is named Paula's Place. We lost my husband's mom to cancer in 2014, and she always dreamed of owning a house by the water when she retired. We were so upset that she never realized her dream that we took the risk and bought this house--fulfilling a lifelong dream of hers and ours. We ultimately chose this particular house after falling in love with both the look of it inside and outside, the open gazebo/fire pit area in the front, and its views of the lake from every bedroom.
