Just minutes from Pensacola Beach or downtown Pensacola this darling condo is brand new to the rental market. Recently purchased, the property has undergone a total makeover from top to bottom. New paint, new furniture, new bedding, new linens, new artwork, new fully-stocked kitchen...everything has been touched and updated.
The condo has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser and a TV with cable & Netflix. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and a TV with a DVD player & Netflix.
There is a new sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress in the living area.
The condo has one full bathroom and also a half bathroom.
In addition there are kitchen, dining & living areas and washer & dryer inside the unit. Outside you'll find a nice screened porch and private, fenced back yard that will allow you to enjoy indoor/outdoor living during your stay.
The community offers a beautiful gated pool which our guests can enjoy during their stay.
Bahama Bay Club is a highly desirable community located in the heart of Gulf Breeze, FL. Located across the bay from Pensacola, Gulf Breeze is great for snorkeling, hiking or birding at Gulf Islands National Seashore, a nationally protected park. Gulf Breeze also offers terrific seafood and inviting beaches and the Gulf Breeze Zoo.
The location is within walking distance to shopping & dining in Gulf Breeze. Shoreline Park is just 1.1 miles away (22 minute walk or 4 minute drive) and has a Dog Park, Nature Trail, Fishing Pier, Beach area and Boat Launch. The Gulf Breeze zoo is located just a 17 minute drive east on Hwy 98.
Nearby Pensacola is a short drive over Pensacola Bridge from Gulf Breeze. This historic city has so much to offer! You can enjoy the eclectic downtown area shops, cafes, restaurants & nightlife in the Seville Quarter and on Palafox Street. Other fun things to do in Pensacola include historic tours, Segway tours, ferry cruises, museums (including the NAS Maritime Museum), art galleries, parks, professional baseball games, and more. Historic Fort Pickens is located on Gulf Islands National Seashore.
Pensacola Beach is less than a 5 minute drive from the condo. Bahama Bay Club sits just at the beginning of the bridge with very easy access with a road from our location to the entrance of the bridge...no need to get onto Hwy 98 to cross the bridge!
NOTE: Due to our HOA rules we require a 7-night minimum booking. During Spring Break & the Summer season there is a Sunday arrival - Sunday departure requirement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A taxable cancellation fee will be charged for every cancellation in order to reimburse the property owner for expenses he/she would be out-of-pocket for your canceled booking. The total amount of the cancellation fee is the sum of the items described below:
âą10% of the amount of rent only
âąThe total amount of credit card processing fees the owner has paid on your booking payments
âąTax applied to cancellation fee
If applicable, refunds will be issued as follows:
âąUp to 60 days before arrival, guest receives 100% of the payment less the taxable cancellation fee
âąUp to 30 days before arrival, guest receives 50% of the payment less the taxable cancellation fee
âąNo refunds within 30 days.
