Property Update: Following Hurricane Isaias, we lost a few trees and our privacy fence. While fence replacement is in the works, the yard is clean, open, and ready for you to enjoy during your visit!

HOUSE RULES & NOTES:

* Age: Primary renter must be 25+.

* Policy: No smoking, no pets, no parties/events.

* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM.

* Guests: Only registered guests allowed overnight.

* Travel Tip: We recommend travel insurance, especially during Hurricane Season (June – Nov).

* Minimum Stay: 3-night minimum for Memorial Day, July 4th, Blue Angels on the Beach, and Labor Day weekends.

A Note on our Tropical Setting:

Twin Oaks Cottage is nestled under a lush canopy of majestic oaks in a beautiful sub-tropical climate. Because this is a historic 1940s home with vintage charm, and because we are surrounded by nature, you may occasionally see a "Palmetto Bug" (a large Florida wood roach) during the hot or wet months. We have a strict professional pest control schedule, but they are a natural part of the Florida landscape!

Host Tip: To keep the "great outdoors" where it belongs, please keep doors and windows closed at all times.
