This was the perfect home in a great neighborhood, the garage was nice to be able to use. Beds were comfortable home was clean and had everything we needed to cook with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home in Aroura.

We were quite surprised at the condition of the house when we arrived. The wood floors had shoe marks on them and the carpets throughout were heavily stained.The majority of the dishes and silverware were dirty. The covering on sofa was flaking off. We had to purchase a blanket to cover it just to sit on it. The house was covered in dust and quite dirty. The high table in the family room was literally falling apart and unsafe to use or sit on. There were live silverfish throughout the house. The stopper in the sink in the master bathroom would not open so the sink was unusable. The mattresses were heavily stained also. Naperville is such a pretty area, and it was very disappointing to have to stay in a place that is in this condition.

Amber was great to work with. The house was clean It does need some updating in the kitchen and deck area. But everything worked Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. Nice walkable neighborhood.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We had the pleasure of staying in this home. There were 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 8. The home was tastefully decorated, and the bedrooms were all a good size with comfortable beds and bedding. The backyard is a pretty good size and fenced in. My grandkids loved it back there. The amenities that they provided worked for us. It was centrally located and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely rent this home again.

This house was perfect for us! We normally stay with family but not during pandemic. This rental allowed us to be close to family and old friends but still have all the comforts of home. Very clean! Very comfortable. Would rent again

Amber was great to communicate with and a lovely host that made our experience all the better. The house was clean and in line with our expectations, and the neighbourhood was pleasant. The only things we noted were that the upstairs rooms can get quite warm even when cranking down the AC (in the room I stayed it seemed the vents were underneath the bed so air wasn’t circulating too well, however we did have a ceiling fan so it was not too much of an issue). Also worth noting that there is no water connected to the fridge, so we purchased drinking water for our stay. Had we had more time, the backyard would have been really lovely to use as it is set up nicely. Thanks for providing us a comfortable and welcoming place to stay during our travels!

Nice, quiet place

This is a nice place, as shown in the listing photos. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, and pleasant for walking. It has a substantial back yard and deck with table for gathering outside. We were impressed that the kitchen had a real Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, which came in handy for meal preparation. Oddly, there was no salt in the kitchen while there were 4 kinds of pepper stocked (perhaps from previous renters). Property management was responsive. Note that the property info says that shoes should be removed at the front door to "save the carpets".

Not so updated

No water or ice dispensed from refrigerator. No salt and pepper, dishwasher detergent or broom to tidy up. Backyard faces west, very hot. Tables have no chairs or umbrella. Cabinets, furniture and doors in need of repair. They charge for cleaning yet expect you to clean before leaving at 10am!

Literally a PERFECT Stay

The neighborhood that the house is located in is absolutely adorable. My husband and I went for several walks in the evening and it was simply gorgeous. The house is incredibly well maintained and very clean. Checking in and finding everything was a breeze. We would love to stay here again.

My best rental yet!

We ALL enjoyed our stay. Very comfortably furnished, well appointed kitchen, all scrupulously clean, a lovely garden in a very quiet neighborhood. I was EXTREMELY impressed our vrbo intermediary, Amber - she was more than kind, going so far as to provide a Happy Birthday banner, candles and champagne glasses for my mother's 100th party! In addition, any questions were answered immediately. I HIGHLY recommend this rental - we will definitely be staying there again.

Perfect home away from home

Stayed here our first Christmas after my husband and I moved to Texas. Was a wonderful base to visit family and also to have our core five together. Fabulous set up - made a full turkey dinner with all the fixings and baked pies. Backyard would be great in the summer. Love this home!
