For the cost, guests were disappointed with the curb appeal and amenities. House has a lot of potential to be better. In general, the family enjoyed the stay and made it work.Concerns/Areas of Improvement 1. Dirty pan left in oven from previos guests. This indicated a thorough cleaning between guests was not done.2. Insufficient and over worn cookware. The cookware provided needs to be replaced -- looked overly used and unclean.3. Lack of privacy at kitchen window without any window treatment (e.g. curtains, blinds or privacy screen)4.Window seals are broken. Too much cold air getting in especially on the windy and extremely cold days the week of 11/22/25 through 11/29/25. Guests were cold.5. Refrigerator had an odor.

The home was beautiful in the inside, nice and clean. There was plenty of space. The communication with the host was very easy. Rachel responds quick, she is very nice and helpful! I would book again.

Rachel never once talked to me on the phone,asked her could we stay over a hour on Tuesday she gives me a Okay Sunday morning at 10:30 am after we had checked out, communication skills were terrible,overall place was very nice except for only one Tv in the entire house.

Interesting house, simply but nicely remodeled interior. (Minus carpet on 2nd floor/stairs) Great communication. Reporting hot/cold water handle malfunction, couldn’t get a warm shower, but I’m sure the host will fix it ASAP. Well stocked kitchen. Nice dining table for games, private parking adequate, ( behind the house). Good local tacos!

Christmas at Aurora

We had room for the whole family. Everything was as advertised. A Christmas tree was provided which made our gift exchange special. We had family from 3 states plus Africa. Our host made checkin/checkout very easy. There were 11 of us, 8 adults and 3 teens. Merry Christmas.

I was very disappointed in the location. The property is very shabby from the exterior. The neighborhood is old and run down. The property was very basic, with no dishwasher , 1TV, and the towels were skimpy and sparse. Rachel was very nice and easy to deal with.

Older home with very small bedrooms. Yard not set up for safe play out of doors for little ones. Main floor had good amount of space to gather.

Me and my family had a really nice Time! The host was Quick to respond to any issues we have had, Not that we had any but she was very attentive! Very pleasant stay! The house was very Clean and had EVERYTHING we needed to Enjoy our stay!

Wedding weekend

My friends and I stayed here for my wedding weekend, and Rachel was an absolute wonderful host! The outside is very unassuming, but once inside, so clean and beautiful looking, just like the pictures! Felt very safe throughout our stay, and Rachel answered all questions swiftly. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great weekend!!

A group of dance moms and teens stayed the weekend for a competition close by. It was perfect for us. Plenty of room and supplies needed for sleeping and making meals. It was super clean and felt safe. Rachel was so pleasant and accommodating as well as easy to reach when needed through texts. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time. Rachel was an amazing host she allowed myself and my brothers to celebrate the 1 year home going of our late mother with our family. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Definitely would recommend if you’re having a family gathering.
