— Washer and Dryer available for guest use

— Side Porch with comfortable seating, overlooking the pond

IMPORTANT NOTES

— No Air Conditioning: Like many Michigan homes, this property does not have central AC. Ceiling fans and windows provide ventilation during warmer months.

— No Internet: Wi-Fi is not provided, but cellular hotspots work well for streaming on the smart TVs.

— Must be 25 years or older to rent — ID required at check-in
— No firearms or hunting allowed on the property (state land nearby for permitted hunting activities)
— No ATVs, side-by-sides, or off-road vehicles permitted on the property. Trail riding is available on state land nearby — please follow all applicable laws and regulations
— Trails on our property are for walking only
