As always, if any issues arise, we look for the most efficient way resolve it. We apologize that the level of cleanliness didn’t meet our own high standards. We are grateful that you reached out to us during your stay, so we were able to resolve the issue right away. Once you contacted us, we were happy to help! On 2/5 (check in day) you reached out after 9pm regarding the cleanliness of the home. I apologized and (since it was past 9pm) offered to have a different housekeeper at the home first thing in the morning. I asked if that would suffice or if we could resolve the issue another way. You declined my offer for a housekeeper. I thanked you for bringing this to my attention. I reiterated that providing you with a 5-star experience is particularly important to us and told you to reach out at anytime if you needed anything during your stay. On 2/7 you messaged me again regarding the cleanliness of the home. I offered to have a different housekeeper come out that day and offered to refund the cleaning fee. You refused the housekeeper again but accepted a refund for the cleaning fee -- which we refunded promptly upon check out. Because of you & your feedback we were able to address the issue quickly. We promptly replaced our housekeeper. Our new cleaning company has exceedingly high standard’s, they are very attentive and pay attention to every detail. We have also created a housekeeping checklist, so nothing is missed! We were also thrilled to accommodate you and your wife with a new drip coffee pot & fresh coffee for your stay. We love having both in the home to accommodate guests who have a preference between drip coffee and a Keurig! We hope it made your stay a bit more relaxing!
