This fully remodeled 2 bedrooms, 2 bath patio home with king and queen bed as well as an inflatable queen bed, full kitchen, dining room, living room, Arizona room, laundry room, two patio areas and 2 car garage. Home and furniture all updated/remodeled in 2019. The home is set up for rest and relaxation or a home away from home that is close to golf courses, shopping, restaurants, pubs, mountains, lakes, pools, forest and desert areas.

Gary and Chris are great hosts. Communication was smooth with all the details provided in an email. Their place was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. We really appreciated being able to park in the garage with access to the kitchen. Although we didn't use it, there was a golf cart for our use as well. The location was good for us and we felt safe in this gated community. We would definitely stay here again if it was available.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home is very comfortable, welcoming and clean. We stayed in the home because our home was under repair for a water leak. So, for us, this was our temporary home for the four weeks we spent there. I don’t think there was anything we were missing while there - we were able to just show up, un-pack and live our lives. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and even an air-fryer which I used for the first time! The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and even had some soap and shampoo to use if you needed some. Kitchen linens, extra towels, extra sheets, almost anything you might need is available. The AC unit was scheduled for replacement during our stay, which the owner let us know ahead of time, off-app. It meant an entire day without AC during a 112 degree afternoon and an entire night to cool the home once installation was finished. The owner actually offered us the use of another residence they own during the install, but we decided to tough it out. The owner provided several fans throughout the house for which we were grateful. Someone else stated the community really should consider and additional ingress/egress - it is a mile from the main gate to the house. Also, the guard shack will notify the owner of any visitor you have while you are in residence and I wish that had been disclosed up-front. None of that detracts from this lovely home and community.

Baseball trip

The home was clean & had all the necessaties. Although we don't cook much on vacation, the kitchen had a good assortment of utensils & small appliances. We have rented places that are highly decorated and very homey feeling, but this house did not have lots of personal touches as far as decor. What you get is couches with comfy recliners, nice size TVs, 2 dining tables & chairs, well appointed kitchen, newer washer& dryer, nice towels & bedding...everything you need to have a very comfortable stay without having to move owners "stuff" to make room for yours. My only complaint is the access to this large community. This house is located at the southeast end of the subdivision. The main 24 hour gate in on the north end. There is a gate on the west side but is not open after 8pm. Gates on the south & east sides would certainly help with lots of unnecessary driving. I would stay here again & recommend this place.

Wonderful stay

The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent communication with owners. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Use of the golf cart was a bonus as we used it to go to breakfast at the golf course and to tour around the neighborhood. Close enough to Phoenix / Scottsdale where most of our activities were. Would absolutely stay here again

We love this community and picked it out specifically to be on a golf course with a pool , clubhouse restaurant and bar! We love to just golf, eat, swim and relax without having to fight traffic outside of the resort community. We also love being close to mountains to hike, float down the Salt River, be minutes from great shopping, visit the night life, and never run out of places to eat or explore!

We love the quiet and friendly gated community of active people who all wave and are happy to stop and chat if you allow them!
