A nice property, very clean and close to the beach. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The host was very helpful when we had difficulty checking in late at night.

It was a great location with the beach just a few minute walk away. The pool was also enjoyable. Our kids loved that ice cream was right around the corner. The condo fit our family nicely and the kitchen was well equip for making dinners on sight.

We had a great stay. Location was great and house has everything we needed. The wagon and chairs was a great addition. Happy with our stay and great communication with the host.

Great trip to Indian Rocks Beach

We loved staying at Kevins place! Great location and very quick walk to the beach. We loved the heated pool and having access to a grill. The house was perfect for our needs.

Great beach stay

This home was great for our stay. It was close to the beach and had everything you would want to take to the beach avaliable. There were games and spaces for family time and more than enough room for our teenage daughters to spread out.

Location ideal !

We stayed three weeks for a winter get away. Daughter her husband and two year old child joined us for a week. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Pool was a big hit as it was heated well.

Amazing place

This condo was everything we were looking for. Walking distance to the beach and the pool, lovely living space, plenty of bathrooms. The owners were very easy to reach when needed. I promise you wont regret your stay here.

Wonderful stay

Had a great spring break in Indian Shores! The condo was just as pictured, had everything we needed, clean space and well stocked with everything we needed! Great location, just a quick walk to the beach ! Close to trolley stops, a fun coffee shop and a short drive to lots of great restaurants! Our family would love to come back and stay here again !!

Great property in a great location

Kevin was a great host and very responsive. The property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. This was our first attempt at snowbirding and we could not have been happier with the place or the location. Indian Shores is a great beach town.

Easy access to the house and amenities. Clean, all we needed. We had issues with the lights/remote in both bedrooms but we were really there to just sleep and rest at night. Kevin was easily accessible and the people around the place were incredibly nice and helpful! Recommend all day long!! We will be back !

Super clean, super cute!

This property was probably the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It was immaculate when we arrived! The location is just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to local shops and restaurants. This was a great place to stay and our family enjoyed our visit to the beach!

Loved this location and condo

Condo is nice! Everything is clean and in good repair. Just a short walk across the street to a wonderful stretch of beach. We really appreciated that the beach chairs were like new, and plenty of them!

Great beach spot

Great spot located just across the street from the beach. Lots of room for our family of 6 and super well equipped! Communication with Kevin was great and quick, and they had a full guest binder with everything you need to know that was really helpful. Thanks for a great stay Kevin and family!

EXCELLENT!

This property is spacious and clean. It has excellent proximity to the ocean and local establishments. The owners were professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this rental.
