This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has 300 sq feet balcony with view of NYC skyline and centeral park. It is 3 mins away from the subway station on 2 and 3 lines which takes 14 mins to get to Times Sq.. There is a Whole Foods 3 mins away as well. There are over 12 nice restaurants within 6 blocks. Apartment is also beautifully furnished and has laundry inside the unit. The unit is on 10th floor in a mondern building with a gym & 24 hours doorman.

Great Stay in Harlem

Our family rendezvoused in Harlem for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Rooms are spacious, attractive, and the furniture very comfortable. The neighborhood is fantastic and convenient. The super sized Apple TV had every app and program imaginable and we enjoyed using the spacious deck. The view from the deck is great...including the Empire State and Chrysler buildings. We were there on September 11th so it was poignant that we could see the twin beams of light at the freedom tower. Humberto is a great host who greeted us on time and told us everything we needed to know. He had patience in showing us how to operate the TV and music system. The condition of a few things in the apartment keep me from giving this 5 stars....it is a lived-in apartment. Renters should know the outdoor grill featured in one of the photos cannot be used due to city regulations.
