Amazing 270 degree floor to ceiling views from the 53rd floor! Located on the southern edge of mid-town's garment district. Safe building, comfortable beds, nicely appointed kitchen and baths. Host is good with communication and is eager to please.

We had the most incredible stay at this NYC apartment! The location truly doesn’t get better — right in the heart of Manhattan and close to everything. The apartment is in a high-rise with jaw-dropping, almost 360-degree views from the living room alone. You can see the Empire State Building, Times Square, Hudson Yards and the Hudson River— it honestly feels surreal. Waking up to those views every morning completely set the tone for our day.The apartment itself is very spacious (which is rare for Manhattan!), spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a modern aesthetic. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need, whether you’re making coffee in the morning or cooking a full meal. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was such a luxury and incredibly convenient, especially since we prefer to travel light.Check-in was seamless and the host was responsive, kind, and extremely helpful throughout our stay.If you’re looking for a true NYC experience with unbeatable views, comfort, and convenience — this is it. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great views, very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Excellent location for midtown activity. Parking 3 doors down the street was very easy, and Jacks Market just up the street was a great surprise! Had everything one needs to stock the fridge and then some. Including very good sushi. The host was right on time and good communication made things easy. I would stay here again, just maybe longer next time. I have traveled extensively in USA and abroad and this was one of the more memorable stays.
