The location and the apartment were great. Very comfortable, clean with an amazing view. We had access to the beach and the pool and it made our stay amazing. Would definitely recommend and probably will come back, as we visit PR every year.

Great Vacation Spot

This was our firts Vrbo experience and it was all that was advertised and more. This was really a great spot to relax, take in the beach, enjoy the pool, and plenty of great eating places. I highly recommend this place, and plan on coming back soon.

A relaxing stay

While this was not a pleasure trip for me, the apartment afforded me with what I needed, a peaceful rest at night, and beautiful views throughout the day. It was comfortable and I look forward to returning and enjoying the amenities.

I did not do enough research prior to booking, the three hour drive to condo was not expected in total rain out!. Condo was perfect for our stay. Hope to go back and spend time in San Juan, good food, nice locals, great beaches.

The condo was clean and comfortable with stunning ocean view. The balcony is usable unlike most condos of this size, the only drawback is the AC unit mounted on the balcony blows hot air onto anyone out there. A simple workaround was to simply turn off the air-conditioning. We sat out there for several hours and the condo stayed cool.

Great stay!

This was a great place, it was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely be back! Only one thing needed to be addressed was couch, I would definitely change it. Wasn’t comfortable and couldn’t really sit comfortably if at all. Overall if thats only thing then this place is great! A Must stay thumbs up! Host was great, checking in was great, no problems what so ever. Thank you

What a view!

Everything in the description and pictures of this property was accurate. The place was super clean, decorated very nicely, and WOW what a beautiful view. Both mornings I woke up and sat on the porch with a cup of coffee and got to see dolphins in the ocean. It was a great size for my family of 3, and my daughter loved the bunk beds. AC was in both the bedroom and living room. Shower water had heat which was great. They even provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash and some dish detergent. The pool was clean and comfortable and great to hear the waves crashing while swimming safely in the pool. There is a small beach right down some stairs to the side of the property. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental and would come back again.

Beautiful place

One of the best places we have stayed on the island. Super clean, incredible beach and pool. Great owner communication. I loved that they had laundry detergent and coffee filters too . Will stay again.

Nice stay in Rincon

I really liked this property. The view was great. The apartment was clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked. Those are my biggest concerns. It was close to town. The beach is fairly private—just the apartment building and a few houses can access it. The water is very calm & comfortable and this was actually my favorite beach spot in Rincon. My only complaint is the amount of keys were given. There was a lock for everything. Wouldn’t have been that bad but I just wish I’d had a larger purse. At least we were kept safe! I would stay here again if I were back in Rincon.

PARAISO EN RINCÓN

El apartamento tiene una vista hermosísima frente al mar. El apartamento es un sueño. La comunicación con Evelyn es rápida, trato eficiente y cordial. Lo recomiendo favorablemente para despejarse, descanzar así como para que sea tu segunda casa.
