Surf Watcher Appartement Beachfront at Pools Plage avec Amazing Views

Nous sommes la seule location de vacances sur la magnifique piscine Pools .. Notre propriété comprend deux appartements qui peuvent être loués indépendamment ou ensemble en tant que maison d'hôtes. Chacune des 2 unités a une chambre principale avec un lit queen et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Chaque appartement peut accueillir confortablement 3 adultes ou 2 adultes + 2 enfants.

De votre balcon, vous avez une vue imprenable sur la plage et l'océan, vous permettant de voir les baleines, les surfeurs et les couchers de soleil spectaculaires. La pause à Pools Beach est une destination de surf réputée à Puerto Rico, les pataugeoires calmes d'une journée à côté de la maison sont un régal pour tous les âges!

Nous sommes à distance de marche des restaurants et de la vie nocturne, mais suffisamment éloignés pour que vous puissiez simplement profiter du son des vagues. Un dépanneur, des leçons de surf / location, et le yoga en bord de mer sont également dans la rue.

Notre maison est parfaite pour ceux qui recherchent une escapade romantique sur une plage assez caribéenne ou les amateurs de surf qui cherchent un séjour à la plage incroyable. La nôtre est un joyau caché qui fait que les quêtes reviennent année après année.

Le supermarché local Econo est à 7 minutes en voiture et dispose de presque tout ce que vous trouverez aux États-Unis… Le phare est à seulement 4 ou 5 minutes et est un endroit idéal pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Beaucoup plus de restaurants et de culture vous attendent dans le Rincon Plaza.
Nous acceptons les chiens pour les animaux de moins de 20 kg.

Surf Watcher had everything we needed for the perfect surf trip, including our own semi private beach. When we weren't in the water or eating great food somewhere close by, we were on that wonderful balcony. We loved it so much we decided to stay an extra day at the last minute and the host was super accommodating.

Exceptional View

This is our 2nd stay in Surf Watcher because we loved the ocean view so much from the patio. Sunset views that cannot be beat. Feels like you are in your own treehouse. Everything was as stated as according to the listing and check in/out was a breeeze!

Wonderful Stay at Pools Beach

we had an amazing time at Surf Watcher! it was so wonderful to wake up with some coffee and watch the surfers and usually had the beach all to our selves! The condo was clean, easy to get in and out of and in a great location. Thanks for everything, we'll be back!

Million Dollar View

This property has the first floor balcony which we were initially concerned about our views being blocked but it did not disappoint! The nearby palm trees were a beautiful frame to a gorgeous view. Sunset occured around 6:39 pm for us and this is something I would not miss! After reading prior reviews, we decided to skip swimming at this beach and walked to the nearby Sandy Beach because of the sea urchins and rocky terrain. Waves were huge and we enjoyed watching surfers in the early morning and evening hours. Home-made bagel and coffee hut within a short walking distance. Beach House restaurant has great food and excellent fish tacos. We hope to visit again soon!

Shabby apartment in a fabulous location

First impression was that the apartment was clean and would be adequate for our stay, however after a few days, the age and shabbiness of the furnishings and bathrooms became uncomfortable. The main room futon cushion was worn out as was the mattress. You had to light the burners on the stove to cook, and then it never produced a high flame. You also had to light the oven to use it. The hot water was not always available for showers, and the shower hose attachments were difficult to use. The one chair cushion was burned and sticky. Curtains and bedspread need replaced. The location itself was magical, with wonderful balconies close to the beach and ocean. And the caregivers, Yazmin and Gaspar could not have been nicer. They rate a ten out of ten in our book.

Location is Everything!

If you're looking for a modern, luxury apartment, the "Pink House" may not be for you. But if your focus is on finding a waterfront place that offers a beautiful view of the sunset, the sound of crashing waves, a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, and a nearly private beach, Pools Beach should be your choice. We spent one week in March in the lower unit--Surf Watcher. Although the apartment has a living room with TV, dining area, well-equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator and ice maker, and a separate bedroom, we spent most of our time on the spacious balcony. The apartment is clean, offers two bathrooms, and has multiple ceiling fans; we never even needed to use the air conditioner in the bedroom because of the cooling ocean breezes. Although there were renters in the upper-level unit, noise was never an issue; we never even heard footsteps overhead. There are 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance. The grocery store and multiple other restaurants are only 2-3 miles away, and the entrance to the popular Sandy Beach is a one-minute walk down the street. James, Cynthia, and Laly made the whole rental process easy. They provided us with all the information we needed, including the driving directions from the San Juan Airport. We had no issues during our stay, but had there been any, help was only a phone call away. We will definitely stay at Pools Beach when we return to Rincon.

Already looking to go back

Just an unbelievable property. Makes you feel like Pools Beach is yours, alone. Perfect pocket of Rincon with all that you need, and the quick ride into town is easy. Going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of the ocean is something anyone can get used to. The ONLY issues we'd have to mention is that the mattresses could be upgraded, as we had some trouble staying comfortable through the night. If being a stickler, I'd mention the shower heads could be replaced/ upgraded (I'm tall) but both of these issues are a simple fix. The set up was cute, and it would be hard to argue that this isn't one of if not the best properties in town. You have your own sunset, essentially your own beach. it's just wonderful.

Perfect place to escape

We loved everything about Casa Rosa. The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the beach access is unbeatable, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Puntas area had great bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing place!
