This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 1400 sq. ft. The residence has no pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is included as well, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons, duration of stay and number of tenants: discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings.
