Designer home-6 miles to the Las Vegas Strip!

Welcome home! This is a gorgeous home with fresh and current designs, located in Las Vega area. We are only minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. There are two queen beds in the master bedroom and one single mobile bed can be added upon request. Two bedrooms with one queen bed in each room (one upstairs & one downstairs) and Two rooms with 2 twin beds in each room (both rooms are upstairs). Matured landscaping in the backyard with covered patio and outdoor furniture. Vons and Smith's supermarkets are around the corner. Plenty restaurant choices in the neighborhood. Less than 10-min drive to the strip and airport.

Local, city taxes are requested at 13% of the revenue received from your host at the booking (Resort Fee), per city of Henderson ordinances. We are a registered, legal, short term rental property and are required to remit these taxes to pay for schools, roads and the new stadium, each month. Thank you for your corporation!

Nice location

Nice house and location! Only issue was the horrible beds! Twin room beds are nice but the queens beds are noisy and have huge indents in each mattress very uncomfortable and they need to be updated asap!

Amazing host and property!

Host was always available and very quick to respond. Code didn't work initially when we arrived but she answered immediately and got us in even at 10pm! Amazing communication! Properly is clean, modern, and very accommodating. It was very spacious. Master bedroom/bathroom was huge! Neighborhood was also great and we felt safe at all times and only a few minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from almost everywhere else. Thank you so much for being such a great host! Definitely a worthy rental if you're searching for one. WiFi was reliable!

Review

The home was very clean and as pictures upon arrival. There was plenty of space and sleeping accommodations for our group of 11 people. The owner was also very nice, friendly and courteous to let us check in and out with times that better fit our flight schedules. However, there were somethings that I wish I would’ve known before making the reservation. Firstly and most importantly the beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. We could hear them from other rooms and the linens were rough feeling. Also, the bathrooms needed extra towels and towels that were not dingy in appearance. There was only one towel per guest. The bathrooms have fans in them and they are set to come on when the light does and they were very loud. The whole house could hear them. In addition to that, there was no toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms so we had to put the roll on the back of the toilet or counter. Also, the kitchen didn’t have many cooking supplies such as baking sheets, bowls pots and pans ect. The house is also older, so it needed some updates, paint repairs and small things of that nature. Other than those things, the house was as pictured and got the job done for our large group.

Absolutely Outstanding

The house is just as you see it on Vrbo. Quiet neighborhood. Very spacious. The property manager was also outstanding. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Pictures do no justice!

This beautiful property was everything and then some! Access was easy, contacting the host was easy, not far from the strip. The place is very well decorated and clean. The community is also a safe area.

Girl’s Trip

This was the perfect house for our girls trip. ( 8 adults, celebrating 3 birthdays) we truly enjoyed ourselves. The pictures look exactly how the house is set up. Malee was a great host. She responded back instantly to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Roomy amazing home!

This house was amazing and very big!!! We had 10 people and we are were very comfortable! The beds are soft big as well! The only thing that I realize now is that it is too far away from the trip! Spent a lot of money on ubers to get to and from the Strip! Just FYI! The house is amazing I would definitely recommend for large groups! :)
