Ayez tout le confort et les commoditĂ©s de la maison sans aucun des maux de tĂȘte de la maison ... Juste une pierre jette loin de tout le faste et le glamour des lumiĂšres de la grande ville ... Venez voir l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de Vegas !!! Nous ne sommes pas une maison de fĂȘte !!! Nous n'organisons pas d'Ă©vĂ©nements sur place. The house is nicer than the pictures with some recent updates, and it certainly met all of our needs for space with a group of 8! Pool was very well-heated and our teens enjoyed it for hours and hours. House is fully-equipped with more than needed to feed a crowd, shower/bathe, watch television, and lounge around. It’s located within 15 min from any and everything so it was a perfect home base between events. The host and owner Joseph is super personable and extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend renting this property for any group visiting Vegas!

Property is great. The pool area makes it rooms for large groups. Host is fantastic, answered questions. Gave a massive list of things to do. Couldn't have been more welcoming. Lots of stuff close by, restaurants, walmart, target. House was cool even when the temps were 105. Pool was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We were in town for a wedding and didn’t do many of the typical Vegas activities, so we spent most of our time at the property with family. It was the perfect place to hang out, swim, and play games in between events. It was the perfect home base, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Good time in Vegas!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Casa de mi padre. Joseph attended to our needs and is a gracious and generous host. The casual nature of the house fit our needs and the children loved the pool. The location was great - easy to get out to Red Rocks for hiking and riding but not far from ‘the river strip.’

From the host to the neighborhood Amazing!!! This house was everything a group of 12 needed. We spent more time on the strip but the pool at the house was just so inviting when we came back to relax. The house has everything you need and the host couldn’t have been more attentive. I am booking here for my yearly trip to Vegas:)

Cousins Family Reunion

Joseph the owner was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to our needs. The house was clean, well kept, quite spacious with plenty of sitting areas. We enjoyed the backyard amenities. Great neighborhood and not too far from the strip. We had a great stay.

Host is easy to talk to. Access is easy. Plenty of room for large groups. Well stocked kitchen. We didn't need but there was no propane for the bbq. Enough parking for 3-4 cars. Quiet neighborhood. Approximately 10 min from North end of the Strip.

Great for large groups

The house was perfect for 8 adults playing in a USTA tournament. It was in a safe neighborhood close to Darling Tennis Center. Unfortunately the pool wasn't heated so we did get a chance to use it but the backyard is very large. We would book again.

Group stay

The home owner was great with communication. House was very comfortable and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed for our group in town for a softball tournament. I would highly recommended staying here if you have a big group.

Great house for a large group

Large house with all the amenities that fit our group and activities to a tee! Friendly owner with great communication. Great location with all, whether you go to The Strip or just hang at the house. Definitely bookmarking this place for future visits to Vegas.

Poor value for condition of the property.

This wasn't a great experience. Nothing horribly wrong but the property is not in great shape for the price paid. Some comments: 1) Cleaners were still there at 6:30 pm when we arrived (check-in time is 4 pm) 2) One person in our group got a small piece of glass in their foot from carpet in living room (must not have been vacuumed). 3) Several beds didn't have sheets on them when we arrived and so we had to make them 4) One of the bathroom sinks didn't function so folks needed to use the other bathroom for washing hands,... 5) Several of the window shades didn't block out sunlight 6) Pool wasn't heated - huge bummer that we couldn't use it as it was frigid in November. 7) Doors to backyard from house didn't have properly functioning locks. Weird contraption with re-bar instead. 8) TV situation was screwy - main TV took a lot of messing about with dongles and wires to make it usable 9) Exterior lights are very dim - was hard to find the place in the dark the first night. We won't stay here again.
