The water can take you all the way to down-town Fort Lauderdale. If you feel like staying close to home walk to the Atlantic Pier and amazing new shops & restaurants have just opened! This top floor, corner unit offers ample light & ocean breezes. Super CLEAN, small complex with only 8 units. Designated parking for 2 cars and room for 2 more. All you need to bring is your suitcase, everything else is here waiting to welcome you home.

TrÚs belle propriété, propre et trÚs trÚs bien situé! Quartier tranquille et proche de la mer !! Belle espace pour 4 personnes (divan lit) hÎte trÚs sympathique et répond vite à nos questions !

The place was spotless. And I mean it was super clean which I really appreciate. The beach was a five minute walk. It was relaxing and comfortable. Rebecca was very accommodating and communicative. Another great vacation in the books! Thank you for a great stay!

Great place

we really enjoyed our time at the place, it is clean and fairly well positioned for healthy adults. The beach is only steps across the street, although, restaurants and the pier area require a half mile walk, Very easy for any healthy adult or child.

Nice condo, great location

Close walk to the beach, easy walk to the Pier and restaurants, condo was very clean, kitchen has everything; dishes, pans, utensils! Water filter in fridge was great! Bed very comfy! FYI: Several stairs to 2nd floor condo to carry luggage, chairs out front were facing brick wall so no view!

The property was just as the photos showed. It was clean and had plenty of cleaning supplies. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend!

Location

Rebecca is very quick to respond and answer any questions. The condo is exactly what you see in the photos. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, silverware and utensils. I would suggest that a saucepan be added to the cookware. Our only complaint is the location. Yes, it's a short 2 block walk to the beach, but the other buildings on the street are tired and are in need of updating.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Bed was super comfortable which was awesome. Proximity to beach was great. Kitchen and laundry were also a big plus for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Property in Great Location

With the proximity to the beach, this property really delivers on convenience. If you are looking for the party scene, this property is probably not for you. However, if you are looking for laid back relaxing atmosphere and being surrounded by mostly locals, then this is the perfect place. We REALLY enjoyed our stay here and will book again if in the area.

Beautiful Condo

This property was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, airy and open. Location is great for beach, restaurants and shops. Close to beach and waterway. Bed was extremely comfortable, hated to leave it! We will be back in the future.

Had a great time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on our vacation. The apartment was neat and clean, just as depicted in the photos. Parking spot was right in front of the location for convenience. Only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Rebecca was responsive with any questions that we had. We would definitely stay at this location in the future.
