Welcome to your home away from home in Pompano Beach! A quiet secure two story 16 unit condo property with a full time property manager on-site. This fully equipped ground floor condo is just a short 10 minute walk from the beautiful Pompano Beach, and is surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shops. Need groceries? No problem! The Publix grocery store is located right next door. Inside, you'll find a tastefully decorated condo with two bedrooms featuring a King bed and two Singles (which can be put together for a queen), two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a comfortable living room and two large flat screen TVs.. Additional amenities include quality linens, towels, beach towels, a beach wagon, beach umbrella, 2 hair dryers, iron, ironing board, high speed internet, Wi-Fi, and a quiet central AC and heating system. Take a dip in the heated pool or relax on the deck and grill up some dinner. You'll also have access to a reserved parking space for one car (with extra paid parking available across the street), as well as a full laundry facility on site. The location of this condo is truly unbeatable. The beach front offers Pier fishing, a beautiful sandy beach, splash pad, playground for kids and several waterfront restaurants. Nearby you can find a diving center, fishing pier, gyms, boat rentals, tennis, pickle ball, golf, Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi and shopping. Bring your bike or rent a bike and ride up and down the coast or ride the off road 4.4 mile loop around Pompano Airpark. With or without car this condo is surrounded by all the conveniences for a fun and memorable vacation!

Fantastic stay

Great location, super convenient spot. Pool is steps away, BBQs also. Condo is well equipped, very clean and comfortable. My kids loved it there. Some fun bars are just a couple of minutes walk away.

Great location and well appointed

The property is located just off Atlantic ave and is convenient to the beach as well as shopping. The apartment is very well appointed and clean. The host, Elaine made herself available to ensure our safe check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the property. Very conveniently for scuba in SE Florida. Quiet condo 2BR/2BA. The host was very good/responsive. Couldn't be better.

EVERYTHING about this condo was great! Top notch! We were greeted by a hand written note and a bottle if wine. Communication with the host was great. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was by far to best stocked I've ever experienced! It made cooking in so easy. Having not one but two gas grills in the courtyard was great! Having the pool literally right out the front door was a bonus! The pool was nicely heated which was great. Location of the condo was amazing! Its walking distance to Publix and a handful of restaurants. There was also beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a handy wagon to take to the beach!A fun highlight was soming back from a day of adventure to see they put up a lit Christmas tree and wreaths in the courtyard. Highly recommend staying here!! We will definitely stay here again!

This property is conveniently located. Steps away from Publix supermarket. Several nice restaurants close by. Nice pool and grill area! Beach is about block and half! Nice getaway and reasonably priced! Elaine is very quick to respond.

Oh my gosh, I can not say enough about Elaine and her property. Everything was wonderful. The condo is spacious and the pool is fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants to eat at and the beach is not a bad walk from her place. We will stay again.

Felt at home

This condo had everything we needed! The space was comfortable and had a lot of the little details that made it feel like it was well cared for. We purchased groceries to save money on food, so the Publix across the street was very nice as was the kitchen which was well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances.

The condo complex was clean and quiet. We like to walk, so the location was perfect. We walked to the grocery store, beach,five different restaurants, light house and pier. The condo kit Chen was well stocked. We had a lovely time.

Very nice location and the owner was very nice

The condo has everything you need and more. We were at 15 minutes walk thru the beach. The beach was very nice. The pool too. Everything was close to the condo. We had a wonderful time. Thanks to Elaine. And the temperature was ideal. We are thinking of going back soon.

Owners were awesome. Everything about condo was perfect. Entire condo stocked completely. Tons of dishes, pans, coffee maker, hangers, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cart to use. Across the street from grocery store. Property manager always there to answer questions or help. We will definitely rent from these people again. Best property in this area! EVERYTHING was perfect! You won’t be disappointed.

Awesome place to stay. The location was super convenient—close to everything I needed, including the beach, shops, and restaurants. Fabulous Stay

This property and location is fabulous. Walking distance to Beach, Publix, restaurants and everything else you could possibly need. The condo was extremely clean, organized and provided everything that you need as if you were at home. Host was very easy to communicate with and readily available. People in the complex were friendly.
